| 中文摘要: | 制造业在振兴我国经济、促进人民就业、稳定社会秩序等诸多方面发挥了极其重要的作用。但是随着国内外制造业经济形势不景气,很多企业发展遇到了巨大的挑战。市场结构过于分散,企业的竞争往往过度聚焦于价格的竞争。目前原材料和劳动力的价格呈不断上涨趋势,导致我国制造业的成本也在加剧上涨。在如此严峻的市场竞争环境下,如何制定有效的竞争战略,使得企业得以生存并寻求长期发展已经势在必行。 本篇论文选取了SH设备有限公司为研究对象。SH设备有限公司是一家国有企业的全资子公司,也是成立20多年的热力设备生产型企业,拥有先进的生产工艺及生产设备,主要生产及销售换热机组,其年生产能力可达到500台,已经完全实现换热机组全自动无人值守。本文运用PEST分析模型、波特五力分析模型和价值链分析模型等相关理论,分析了该企业所处的外部环境和行业环境,又通过企业自身具有的资源基础和能力对企业内部环境进行了详细地剖析。随后逐一对企业的成本领先战略、差异化战略、低成本聚焦战略和差异化聚焦战略进行可行性分析,最终确立了SH设备有限公司应该选择差异化聚焦战略。本文从服务差异化的方面来讨论具体的实施方案,以及使得该战略方案能够有效实施的保障措施。 本文期望通过对SH设备有限公司的竞争战略的研究分析,关注SH设备有限公司面临的挑战,选择合适的竞争战略,为其他企业在竞争战略选择和实施方面提供借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Manufacturing Industry has played an extremely important role in revitalizing our economy, promoting people’s employment and stabilizing social order. But along with the domestic and foreign manufacturing industry economic situation is stagnant, many enterprises development has encountered the huge challenge. The market structure is too decentralized, and the competition of enterprises tends to focus too much on price competition. At present, the prices of raw materials and labor are on the rise, which leads to the increasing cost of our manufacturing industry. In such a severe market competition environment, how to make an effective competition strategy, so that enterprises can survive and seek long-term development is imperative. This thesis selects SH Equipment Co., Ltd. as the research object. SH Equipment Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise. It is also an equipment manufacturing enterprise established for more than 20 years. It has advanced production technology and production equipment. It mainly produces and sells heat exchange units. Its annual production capacity can reach 500 Taiwan, the heat exchange unit has been fully automated and unattended. This paper uses PEST analysis model, Porter's five forces analysis model and value chain analysis model and other related theories to analyze the external environment and industry environment in which the company is located, and also analyzes the internal environment of the company through its own resource base and capabilities. Subsequently, the feasibility analysis of the low cost strategy, the differentiation strategy and the focus strategy was carried out one by one, and finally it was established that SH Equipment Co., Ltd. should choose the differentiation focus strategy. This thesis discusses the specific implementation plan from the aspect of service differentiation and the safeguard measures that enable the strategic plan to be effectively implemented. This thesis hopes to study and analyze the competition strategy of SH Equipment Co., Ltd., pay attention to the challenges faced by SH Equipment Co., Ltd., select appropriate competitive strategies, and provide reference for other companies in the selection and implementation of competitive strategies. | |
