中文摘要: 消费金融在中国的发展得益于全球经济共振效应的日渐浓厚,海外市场较为成熟的消费金融业务进入我国后,极大刺激了消费行为转变了消费理念,因此消费金融行业在企业规模数量、盈利能力上迅猛发展,市场活跃,竞争加剧。与此同时,监管不断在准入门槛、利率设置、贷款流程的合规性和客户体验度等方面提出更高要求,行业肃清的同时,消费金融公司也在严肃思考适合企业未来发展的战略,以求在市场上经久不衰。 本文以HC消费金融公司为案例进行分析,首先回顾了消费金融相关研究文献、企业战略相关理论与相关分析方法和工具。第三章对于公司外部环境,本文利用PEST分析法,从政治、经济、社会及技术角度对HC消费金融公司所面临的宏观环境进行分析,利用波特五力模型,对企业所处行业的竞争格局、产业链上下游、竞争产品的可替代性和潜在进入者的威胁分别进行探讨,从整体上明确消费金融行业的竞争状况。第四章对HC消费金融公司的经营现状进行梳理,并从市场渠道布局、产品竞争力及风险管理与技术能力进行阐述,再次,用SWOT分析法对HC消费金融公司进行分析总结,并在此基础上提出企业未来发展的战略目标、定位及战略的选择。最后,根据战略选择及现状,分别阐述如何对市场渠道、风险管理和技术对产品竞争力运用密集型战略,从多角度对HC消费金融公司提出实施对策,以实现企业未来的发展战略。 经研究,本文认为,首先要在销售渠道上将全渠道产生联动,建立强有力的竞争壁垒,拓展业务圈层,提高企业的社会责任感;其次升级创新产品以提升竞争力;扩大风险管理优势,与消费场景结合动态调整策略,强化信用意识,推动社会构建信用完备的体系,敏捷运营以支持业务快速变化。以上研究结论与思考希望能更进一步推广至行业其他公司,为其发展提供参考和支持。 
英文摘要: Because of to the growing global economic resonance effect, consumer finance comes to China. After the mature consumer finance business in overseas market enters China, it greatly stimulates the consumption behavior and changes the consumption concept.Therefore, the consumer finance industry is developing rapidly in terms of enterprise size, number and profitability, with active market and intensified competition. At the same time, regulatory requirements continue to be higher in terms of entry barriers, interest rate Settings, loan process compliance and customer experience. As the industry purges, consumer finance companies are also thinking seriously about their future strategies to stay relevant in the market. ? This thesis takes HC consumer finance company as a case for analysis. First, it reviews research literature related to consumer finance and enterprise strategy related theories, analysis methods and tools. Then, the third chapter comes to the company's external environment by using PEST analysis method, from the perspective of political, economic, social and technical the macro environment analysis. And using the potter five model, this thesis discusses the competition pattern of the industry in which the enterprise is located, the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, the substitute of competitive products and the threat of potential entrants, so as to clarify the competition status of the consumer finance industry as a whole.?The fourth chapter sorts out the operating status of HC Consumer Finance Company, and expounds the distribution of market channels, product competitiveness, risk management and technical capabilities.?After that, SWOT analysis is used to analyze and summarize HC consumer finance Company, and on this basis, the strategic goals, positioning and strategic choices for the future development of the company are proposed. After the research, this thesis believes that, first of all, the whole channel should be linked in the sales channel, establish strong competition barriers, expand the business circle, improve the social responsibility of enterprises;??Secondly, upgrade innovative products to enhance competitiveness; Thirdly, always expand risk management advantages in the market, dynamically adjust strategies in combination with consumption scenarios, strengthen credit awareness to customers, promote the social construction of a complete credit system, agile operating on technology upgrading to support rapid business changes.??The above research conclusions and reflections hope to be further promoted to other companies in this industry so as to provide reference and support for their future development.?
