中文摘要:新能源汽车产业发展是世界性的需求,全球各国都出台了各项政策予以支持引导,我国新能源动力电池产业链也因此得到了快速发展,这种快速发展造就出一批国家级乃至世界级的电池企业,也给相关产业链的上下游各个环节,创造出大量的发展机遇。 后疫情时代让产业出现了一些不确定因素:产业链资源产能收缩,结合着需求端对动力电池需求的急速增长,动力电池供需缺口不断扩大,在2025年前后,新能源动力电池产业链将面临着供小于求的局面。 ML公司是一家镍钴盐类及电解铜、镍生产为主的有色金属企业,其中镍钴盐类主要供给于动力电池下游企业,公司在发展的同时,面临着原料短缺、资金链断裂、产能收缩、人员流失等问题。 本文基于产业竞争优势、产业链、产业环境分析等战略管理相关理论,结合ML公司所在产业链及企业状况,对ML公司本身的战略,进行系统的分析,最后作出纵向一体化为主、战略联盟为辅的战略选择和定位,以实现ML公司的战略目标、调和新能源动力电池产业链内耗。对新能源动力电池相关制造企业,在规划企业战略和产业战略时,提供了一定的新的战略选择及定位思路。 
英文摘要:The development of the new energy automobile industry is a worldwide demand. Countries around the world have issued various policies to support and guide. China's new energy power battery industry chain has also developed rapidly. This rapid development has created a group of world-class battery companies, It also creates a lot of development opportunities for the relevant industry chains. In the post-epidemic era, some uncertain factors have emerged in the industry: the resource-side capacity shrinks and the demand side’s demand for power batteries increases rapidly. The overall result is that the gap between the supply and demand of power batteries continues to expand. Around 2025, the new energy power battery industry chain will face The situation where supply is less than demand. ML Company is a non-ferrous metal company that produces nickel-cobalt salts, electrolytic copper and nickel products. Among them, nickel-cobalt salts are mainly supplied to downstream enterprises of power batteries. While the company is developing rapidly, it is also facing shortage of raw materials and funds, shrinking capacity, and staff turnover. Based on the relevant theories of strategic management such as industrial competitive advantage, industrial chain and industrial environment analysis, combined with the industrial chain of ML company and the status of the enterprise, this paper conducts a systematic analysis of the ML company’s own strategy, and finally makes a strategy based on vertical integration. The strategic choice and positioning supplemented by the alliance will ultimately achieve ML's strategic goals and harmonize the internal consumption of the new energy power battery industry chain. For new energy power battery-related manufacturing companies, when planning corporate strategies and industrial strategies, it provides certain new strategic choices and positioning ideas.
