| 中文摘要: | 随着我国经济的快速发展和人均收入水平的迅速提高,人们的旅游观念和旅游消费方式发生了很大的变化,呈现出追求高端旅游和个性化旅游的新特征。同时,中国旅游产业已呈现全方位、多层次、多样化、新格局的竞争态势。在金融危机的背景下,旅游企业之间的竞争也日益激烈,由原来抢占市场份额,逐步细化到争夺每一位顾客。中小旅游企业正在基于定制服务理念,向提供高端定制旅游服务转型。本文通过对高端定制旅游服务的系统研究,一方面尝试进一步完善和丰富旅游营销理论,另一方面也为作者本人正在着手创办的以提供高端定制旅游服务为核心业务的中小旅游企业发展提供指导意见。 本文分为导论和正文两个部分。导论主要介绍了本文写作的立题背景与研究的理论与现实意义,并对相关研究文献进行了系统评述。本文的正文部分共分五章。第二章,高端定制旅游服务概述。本章介绍了高端定制旅游服务的基本内涵、特征、分类以及运作流程。第三章,高端定制旅游服务的理论基础。本章为论文的后续研究提供坚实的理论支持。第四章,中小旅游企业提供高端定制旅游服务的发展现状与动因。本章探讨了我国中小旅游企业提供高端定制旅游服务的发展现状与特点。第五章,中小旅游企业提供高端定制旅游服务的困难及主要制约因素。本章分析了中小旅游企业提供高端定制旅游服务的困难,及导致这些困难产生的主要制约因素。第六章,中小旅游企业提供高端定制旅游服务的政策建议。本章为中小旅游企业提供高端定制旅游服务的改革与创新提出具体的政策建议。 本文研究结论表明,中小旅游企业在激烈的市场竞争中必须通过提供定制化的旅游服务开拓高端旅游市场,才能充分发挥自身优势,实现可持续发展的目标。本文的创新之处在于作者使用微观经济学需求与供给的基本理论工具,系统研究了高端定制旅游服务供求的微观机理,并从实践角度分析了推动中小旅游企业提供高端定制旅游服务的基础条件与动因,并前瞻性地分析了其未来发展趋势。论文还原创性地从发展战略、盈利模式、营销信息系统、产品模块和内部人力资源管理等层面,提出了特别针对我国中小旅游企业提供高端定制旅游服务的政策建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the fast development of Chinese economy and people’s living standards, people’s view and way of consumption on travel have also dramatically changed. Pursuing high-quality and customized tours has become the new character of tourism. In the meantime, China tourism is experiencing various competitions in multi-level and all-range. Under the background of the current financial crisis, tourism enterprises are facing more severe competitions which forcing them to change goals from grabbing market share to scrambling for every single customer. Based on customized service concept, small and medium sized tourism enterprises are trying to transform themselves to providing high-quality customized tourism services. By systematical researching and analyzing the high-quality customized tourism, this article is not only trying to enrich the principles of marketing in tourism, but also providing guidance to the writer of this article, who are trying to set up a high-quality customized tourism enterprise herself. This article is composed of two parts, introduction and main body. In the introduction part, it is mainly introduced the background and theoretical and realistic meaning of this article and it is also commentated related researching documents in this field. The main body of this article is composed of five chapters (the second chapter to the sixth chapter). The second chapter, summarization of high-quality customized tourism, it is introduced the connotation, characteristic, classification and operation process of the high-quality customized tourism. The third chapter, theoretical foundation of the high-quality customized tourism, it is systematically researched the basis of high-quality customized tourism from supply and demand side of Microeconomic Theory, laying a solid theoretical foundation to this article. The fourth chapter, causes and current situation of small and medium sized tourism enterprises providing high-quality customized tourism services, in this chapter, it is investigated the characteristic and current situation of small and medium sized tourism enterprises providing high-quality customized tourism services in China and it is also analyzed the causes and basic conditions that impelled the development of medium and small sized tourism enterprises providing this services in China and given the future prospects and trend of this type of industry. The fifth chapter, obstacles and constraints of small and medium sized tourism enterprises providing high-quality customized tourism services, in this chapter, it is analyzed the difficulties and obstacles of small and medium sized tourism enterprises providing high-quality customized tourism services, and then it further analyzed the constraints and causes of these difficulties. The sixth chapter, policy and suggestion to small and medium sized tourism enterprises providing high-quality customized tourism services, this chapter gives reforming and innovation suggestion to small and medium sized tourism enterprises on the factors of development strategy, profit model, marketing information system, service model and internal human resource management. Conclusion of this article shows that in the intense competition market, small and medium sized tourism enterprises can only make full use of the advantages of themselves and achieve the goal of sustainable development through exploiting the high-end tourism market and providing customized tourism services. The author of this article systematically researched the basis of high-quality customized tourism services by using the tool of supply and demand theory in microeconomics and analyzed the basic requirements and reasons that propelled the small and medium sized tourism enterprises to provide high-quality customized tourism services and finally gave a forecast on its development trend. This article also creatively made suggestions especially to the Chinese small and medium sized tourism enterprises on aspects of development strategic, profit-making model, marketing information system, service module and human resource management etc. | |
