| 中文摘要: | 随着国内工业自动化市场的快速增长,企业面临着越来越复杂的业务需求,如大中型自动化项目,而传统的产品营销型企业,由于缺乏项目管理经验、资源和配套政策,存在项目成功率低、质量不稳定、盈利困难等问题。项目型业务对企业的管理水平提出了更高的要求,如何构建高效的项目管理机制,提升项目管理效率,是关系到企业生存和发展的关键。 本论文以T公司为研究对象,结合项目管理理论,运用文献综述法和调查研究法等针对其PA(Process Automation)业务转型过程中存在的项目管理问题进行分析和梳理,发现其产生的原因有如下几个方面:第一、组织针对项目的职能设置与实际需求不匹配;第二、项目管理流程中各环节的管理措施不完善;第三、缺乏有助于项目管理改进和组织成长的可持续发展措施。 结合项目管理、成熟度理论和组织优化相关概念,本论文提出适用于T公司在中国市场发展的项目管理优化策略:第一、通过优化职能设置,如配置项目经理、组建项目团队、设立PMO以满足企业对于项目管理的组织要求;第二、利用项目管理十大知识领域中的部分理论对项目的启动、计划、实施和收尾阶段的各项流程进行优化,保障项目管理的标准化流程实施;第三、通过建立项目管理知识体系,完善积累、分享和创新机制来保障企业的人才供应和持续发展。并针对项目管理优化策略的实施准备和保障提出了相应措施。通过以上措施,健全T公司项目管理机制,提升业务效率,同时也针对在业务转型过程中遇到项目管理问题的营销型企业提供参考和借鉴,不断完善和丰富此方面的学术研究。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid growth of the domestic industrial automation market, companies are facing increasingly complex business requirements, such as large and medium-sized automation projects. However, traditional enterprises that focus on product marketing lack project management experience, resources and policies, resulting in low success rates, unstable quality, and low profits, etc. Project-based business puts forward higher requirements on management capabilities. The key to the survival and development of an enterprise is to build an efficient project management system and improve efficiency. This paper takes T company as the research object, combines project management theory, and uses literature review method and survey research method to analyze and sort out the project management problems existing in the process of PA (Process Automation) business transformation. Three main reasons were found: First, the organization's functional settings did not match the project requirements; Second, the management measures at each stage of the project process were insufficient; Third, there was a lack of measures that would help the improvement of project management and the development of organization. Combining project management, maturity theory and organizational optimization concepts, this article proposes a project management optimization strategy suitable for development of T company in the Chinese market. First, by optimizing the function settings, such as setting up project manager, project team, and PMO to meet the company's organizational requirements for project management. Second, use part of the theories in the ten knowledge areas of project management to optimize the processes of the project's initiation, planning, implementation and closing phases to ensure the implementation of standardized processes for project management. Third, to ensure the supply of talents and sustainable development through the establishment of project management knowledge system and perfect accumulation, sharing and innovation mechanisms. Corresponding measures are proposed for the preparation and guarantee of the implementation of the project management optimization strategy. Through the above measures, improve the project management mechanism of T Company and improve business efficiency. It also provides references for marketing companies that encounter project management problems in the process of business transformation, and continuously improves and enriches academic research in this area. | |
