中文摘要:当今社会互联网通信技术水平不断进步、互联网应用不断普及,使得互联网金融得到了蓬勃发展,成为金融领域一股新的发展浪潮。互联网金融凭借其特有的高度虚拟化、普惠性、多样性以及互动性的特点,在支付结算、网络融资、渠道销售等方面业务规模增长迅速。在此背景下,国内商业银行普遍开始了数字化转型,以应对数字经济新形势下金融创新带来的挑战。对于商业银行的传统经营模式而言,数字化转型不仅仅单纯是基于技术层面的、对于其业务流程和操作方式的改变,其实质是一种经营模式的整体转型。浦发银行于2018年发布了业内首个开放银行,并提出“打造一流数字生态银行”的战略目标,成为率先探索银行数字化转型道路的商业银行之一。本文通过对浦发银行数字化转型发展进行分析,研究在互联网金融发展背景下,浦发银行数字化转型的具体策略和实施保障等相关问题。 本文采取文献和实际相结合的方法,通过文献分析和案例分析,对互联网金融背景下的浦发银行数字化转型的具体策略进行研究,并对其数字化转型的顺利实施提出保障措施。首先,本文通过文献法分析浦发银行数字化转型所面临的内外部环境,包括互联网金融的发展现状及我国商业银行数字化转型总体现状,同时分析了浦发银行目前的发展现状及数字化转型面临的挑战;其次,采用案例分析法,首先通过SWOT分析,剖析浦发银行数字化转型所面临的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,并总结出浦发银行数字化转型的战略目标和愿景,再次,分析浦发银行数字化转型所采取的具体策略和实施情况;最后,总结归纳出浦发银行数字化转型的保障措施。本文研究发现,在互联网金融背景下,我国银行业的数字化转型为大势所趋,浦发银行紧紧把握数字经济发展脉络,通过开放银行平台体系的搭建、数字化运营及管理系统的建设、采取场景化经营的业务发展模式、完善金融科技生态圈发展等发展策略,不断提升自身数字化经营水平,取得良好的发展成果。最后,对于浦发银行的数字化转型发展提出完善组织架构数字化转型、加大专业人才队伍建设、健全数据治理和风险防控机制等保障措施。  
英文摘要:With the constantly improvement of internet technology, the internet is applied all around and enhances the rapid development of internet finance, which has become a new developing wave in financial area. The internet finance grows quickly in payment, loan and product sales, with its characters of highly virtualization, inclusion, diversity and interactivity. Under this background, in order to answer the challenge of financial innovation in the new era of digital economy, SPD bank begins its digital transformation. Compared with traditional business model, commercial banks’ digital transformation will not just be changes based on the technical level and related with business process and operation methods, but it is a wholly transformation of business model. SPD Bank released first opening bank in China, and settled the strategic goal of building the top-ranking digital ecological bank, so that became one of the first banks to explore digital transformation. This thesis emphasizes on the analysis of SPD Bank’s digital transforming development, and study the concrete tactics and safeguard measures of SPD Bank’s digital transformation under the background of internet finance development. This thesis taking literature research and case analysis method, study the concrete tactics of SPD Bank’s digital transformation under the background of internet finance development. Firstly, it takes literature research method analyzing the internal and external circumstance that SPD Bank’s digital transformation will be facing, including the development of internet finance and digital transformation of commercial banks in China, and analyses the current situation of SPD Bank and the challenges its digital transformation is facing. Then, taking case analysis method, though SWOT analysis method, studies the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of SPD Bank’s digital transformation, and concludes its strategic goals and vision. After that, it analyses the concrete tactics and the implementation. At last, it concludes the safeguard measures of SPD Bank’s digital transformation. This thesis found that china’s commercial banks’ digital transformation is vital to their future development. The SPD Bank seizing the opportunity of digital economy’s growth, with strategies of building up opening bank platform, developing digital operation and management system, encouraging scenario-based operation and completing Fin-Tech ecological circle, has enhanced the digital operation ability and achieved great results. At last, in order to guarantee the digital development of SPD Bank, this thesis suggests completing digital transformation of organization structure, gaining more professional talented people and enhancing data governing and risk controlling.
