中文摘要:作为商品推广的重要环节,包装内涵及行业需求发生了根本性变革,我国包装技术不强,高层次专业人员相对稀缺, 包装设计教育不足制约着我国包装业的发展。包装设计师职业培训项目旨在培养全方位发展的专业人才,项目工作复杂、涉及面广,难度大,对项目组织中的人员要求较高,人力资源管理是影响培训项目质量的决定性因素。 项目人力资源管理需要根据每个项目的具体情况具体分析,以体现项目人力资源管理理论和方法的价值。针对不同的项目,识别其关键点和特殊之处可将宏观的理论应用于具体的实践之中。包装设计师职业培训项目,存在团队组织结构不够科学合理,人员知识技能结构比例失调,忽视员工的开发、培训、挖掘和有效使用,缺乏有效衡量项目团队管理效果的指标和系统的激励机制,项目部门间与成员间沟通不畅,指挥不灵,工作混乱,缺乏严格的流程管理和后续跟踪、调查过程等问题。 本文基于对包装设计师职业培训项目现状及存在问题的思考,分析和研究其特点,以项目人力资源管理理论为指导,设计了一套适合包装设计师职业培训项目人力资源管理的模式。 其中,在人力资源管理的准备阶段,就人力资源规划与设计提出从项目人力资源范围、需求与配置评估、组织结构设立、工作分解、明确工作责权等相关要素进行研究。描述了本项目组织结构的设置原则,对主要团队成员的获取和保留提出目标明确,人尽其才,保证培训、公平透明的原则,提出了项目经理和品质管理部的监管作用。在人力资源风险控制方面,提出了保证项目中全职人员的比例、建立良好的文档管理机制、加强项目组内技术交流、为项目提供良好开发环境的观点。在项目人力资源管理的实施阶段,给出了内部培训的步骤,从研究包装设计师职业培训项目成员的动机入手,提出了适应于包装设计师职业培训项目特点的沟通管理、绩效、激励和对项目人力资源管理的全流程评估的要领。包装设计师职业培训项目人力资源管理模式的建立,对提高项目效率,确保项目顺利进行有着十分重要的意义。 
英文摘要:As an important part of the promotion of goods, the package meaning and demand have been a fundamental change. Lacking technology and excellent professional and training of package design will restrict the development of package industry in China. Packaging designer vocational training project is aimed at training professionals in all-round development. The work of project is complex, comprehensive and difficult. And the leaders will face more challenges in managing these projects. Human resources management is crucial factor in packaging designer vocational training project. Human resources management of project makes concrete analysis of concrete problems for every project. And it can show the value of human resources management methods and theories in projects. For different projects, to identify the key points and the special nature of the theory can be applied to macro-specific practice. Arming at characteristics of packaging designer vocational training project, there are some problems which include unreasonable team structure, the amaladjustment of knowledge and skill of team members, ignoring member’s development, training and effective utilize, lacking of the effective evaluate for team manage effect and inspiritment of system, lacking of the communicate between departments and between members in project, and ineffective lead, disordered work, lacking of strict flow management, feedback and investigate. The paper based the concrete problems of packaging designer vocational training project and analyses its characteristics. The paper designs a whole set of modes which are suitable for packaging designer vocational training project which based on human resources management theories. During the seedtime of human resources management, the paper studies some factors from the layout of human resources the range which include range of human resources, demand evaluating, setting structure, work decomposing, duty and right of work. The paper describes the setting principle of project organize structure, and brings forward principle which is clear target, let each person do his best, insuring training and equity for primary members’ leave and remain. And also brings forward effect of manager and supervise department in project. In the aspect of risk controlling of human resource, the paper brings forward some standpoints which include making sure the full-time personnel’s scale, setting up the best manager method for files, increasing the technology communicate in project, ensuring best research and develop environment. During the implement process of human resources management of project, the paper set the steps of training in project, and brings forward some factors which are suitable for the characteristic of packaging designer vocational training project. They include of communication management, performance, inspiritment, flow evaluating of human resources management of project. Establishing the mode of human resource in packaging designers vocational training project is significance for improving the project efficiency and ensuring the project success.
