中文摘要：	近几年来，无论是国外银行还是国内银行，都积极在区块链领域进行开拓实践，并在部分场景已经成功落地。区块链技术的优势在于去中心化，具有可扩展性，并且不可篡改，因此，区块链的安全性是非常高的。也正是由于区块链拥有这些特点，因此被商业银行用来作为优化业务的技术工具。虽然目前商业银行对区块链技术的研究和应用取得了初步进展，但是并未特别深入。未来，随着区块链技术的成熟，区块链技术在商业银行领域的应用将被推向高潮，必将深刻影响商业银行的发展，甚至重塑商业银行市场格局。 本文选取了区块链技术在商业银行贸易金融领域的应用和发展作为研究视角，在分析国内外银行对区块链技术应用现状的基础上，选取了国内规模较大的M银行所搭建的区块链贸易金融平台作为典型案例，分析了该平台的构建动因，包括外部动因，如国家政策助力贸易金融发展、贸易金融业务存在巨大的市场空间、传统贸易金融方式面临巨大挑战、区块链贸易金融迎来发展机遇，以及内部动因，如M银行内部战略层面的支持、效率驱动、成本驱动、产品创新驱动、客户关系驱动；基于M银行自身的核心能力及其在区块链领域已有的应用经验，对M银行区块链贸易金融平台构建的可行性进行了分析；阐述了该平台的目标需求、流程需求及功能需求；提出了该平台的应用策略，包括平台保障策略和生态圈构建策略；最后基于该平台目前的成效及对行业的影响，对该平台进行了评价。 本文以M银行区块链贸易金融平台为主要研究对象，通过对于这种创新模式和应用案例的分析，为未来我国商业银行将区块链技术应用于贸易金融业务以及银行的其他板块业务提供了一定的建议，有助于区块链技术与贸易金融业务的深度融合。这两者的珠联璧合，有助于推动商业银行更好更快实现向数字化、场景化、线上化转型发展。
英文摘要：	In recent years, both foreign and domestic banks are exploring the blockchain actively, and some scenes have been implemented successfully. The advantage of blockchain technology is that it is decentralized, scalable and immutable. Therefore, the security of blockchain is very high. So blockchain is used by commercial banks as a technical tool to optimize their business. Although commercial banks have made progress in the application of blockchain, the blockchain is still in the primary development stage. With the development of the Internet, the blockchain application will come to a new climax in the future. It will deeply affect the development of commercial banks and even reshape the market pattern of commercial banks. This thesis selects the block chain technology application and development in commercial Banks trade finance as a research perspective and analyzes the application status. Taking M bank blockchain trade finance platform as an example, this thesis analyzes the building motivation including external factors and internal factors. External factors includes national policy assists M Bank's trade finance development, trade finance business has a huge market space, traditional trade finance is facing great challenges and blockchain trade finance has development opportunities. Internal factors includes the support of M bank's internal strategic,the promotion of efficiency, the promotion of cost, the promotion of product innovation and the promotion of customer relationship. This thesis analyzes the feasibility of building this platform basing on the core competence and blockchain experience of M bank. The objective requirements, process requirements and functional requirements of the platform are described. This thesis puts forward the application strategies of the platform, including platform guarantee strategy and ecosystem construction strategy. Finally, the effectiveness of the platform and its influence on the industry are evaluated. This thesis takes M bank’ blockchain trade finance platform as the research content. It provides beneficial enlightenment and coping strategies for commercial banks to use the blockchain in the field of trade finance in the future through the analysis of this innovation model and application cases. It is useful to the deep integration of blockchain and trade finance, promoting the application of the blockchain in trade finance business, and promoting commercial banks’s transformation of digitization, contextualization and online.
