| 中文摘要: | 随着社会经济的不断发展,企业信息化,数字化,智能化的需求不断涌现。 在此背景下,IT 服务业作为数字化的主要实践者,其业务的开展情况直接影响 了数字化最终目的能否顺利达成。项目是信息技术服务商提供服务的主要形式, 其实施情况、成功与否与服务的质量息息相关。变更管理作为决定项目是否能够 顺利进行的重要因素,其能否顺利的开展很大程度上决定着项目的成败。 本文以日本著名 IT 服务商 F 公司为研究对象,通过研究其在 IT 服务项目 中变更管理导致的成本超支、客户满意度低以及进度拖延的问题,深入的分析产 生问题原因是缺少变更事前流程、相关方参与不足、变更应对资源不足。为了解 决这些问题,从公司的角度看提出了建立变更事前流程、引导相关方参与变更、 建立项目资源支援组的解决方案。最后,结合 F 公司的实际情况,从人力资源保 障和公司制度保障角度为解决方案提供保障措施。 本文创新的结合 F 公司的企业文化和背景,针对 IT 服务项目分析 F 公司遇 到的问题包含行业内的共同问题,结合目前公司的制度与实际情况与其文化背 景,给出了解决 F 公司在项目变更管理中遇到的问题,从而改善其项目的运行 情况,进而为其他 IT 服务供应商提供解决项目变更问题的参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous development of the social economy, the demand for enterprise informatization, digitization, and intelligence continues to emerge. In this context, the IT service industry is the main practitioner of digitization, and its business development directly affects whether the goal of digitization can be achieved smoothly. Projects are the main form for information technology service providers to provide services, and their implementation and success are closely related to the quality of services. As an important factor in determining whether the project can proceed smoothly, change management determines the success of the project to a large extent. This paper takes Company F, a famous Japanese IT service provider, as the research object. Through studying the problems of cost overruns, low customer satisfaction and schedule delays caused by change management in IT service projects, The causes of the problems is the lack of pre-change procedures, Insufficient participation of related parties and insufficient resources for change response. To solve these problems, from the perspective of the company, a solution was proposed to establish a pre-change process, guide related parties to participate in the change, and establish a project resource support group. Finally, combined with the actual situation of Company F, provide guarantee measures for the solution from the perspective of human resource guarantee and company system guarantee. This article innovatively combines the corporate culture and background of Company F, analyzes the problems encountered by Company F for IT service projects, including common problems in the industry, and combines the current company’s system and actual conditions with its cultural background, and gives solutions to Company F’s project Problems encountered in change management, so as to improve the operation of their projects, and provide other IT service providers with references to solve project change problems. | |
