中文摘要:近年来,全球政治、经济、技术、社会文化环境快速进步与发展,在国际市场上黑天鹅和灰犀牛现象频发,我国经济发展面临内、外部挑战;同时,伴随新兴业态崛起,金融同业间竞争愈发激烈,商业银行在传统经营模式下“高增长、低不良、高收益”时代已经过去,银行经营面临严峻挑战。基于此背景,本文以BH银行为例,探索新形势下提高银行对公业务利润的途径,从而使BH银行在新业态竞争形势下能够实现稳健、高效率、可持续的发展。 对企业开展信贷、收取手续费等对公业务,是传统商业银行保持优良经营业绩和实现可持续发展的压舱石和稳定器。本文以全国股份制商业银行—BH银行为例,对其对公业务的盈利情况进行分析,综合运用对比分析法、文献分析法、定性分析法、定量分析法与实地调研访谈方法,对BH银行盈利策略进行研究。本文围绕研究主题,首先对BH银行对公业务条线的盈利现状进行展现;其次借助杜邦分析法、运用竞争性基准分析BH银行盈利策略出现的问题,并找出与先进同业盈利现状存在差距的原因;接下来,对BH银行产生问题的原因进行详细剖析,在BH银行对公业务负债管理方面、全资产管理方面做出进一步的更加具体的问题分析;再次,通过上述章节对BH银行相关问题的呈现与研究,找出并论述了针对BH银行对公业务的,盈利能力提升的策略与方法。文章最后对研究议题进行总结与展望。 本文针对BH银行对公业务盈利能力提升的研究,得出以下结论:在“未来银行”的竞争中,提升BH银行对公业务盈利能力,需要从三个方面入手。首先,充分利用好金融科技提升经营效率,挖掘客户需求,提高服务品质,从而提升客户数量、提高客户粘性;其次,为保障营业收入。在巩固传统业务收入的基础上,通过走“轻银行”路线提高低风险资产与非利息收入占比,来提高营业收入增长率;最后,为削减经营支出。注重对公业务资产质量,降低银行经营风险,以保证BH银行对公业务盈利具有可持续增长能力。 关键词:商业银行;对公业务;盈利策略 
英文摘要:In recent years, the global politics, economics, technology, society and culture environment has made rapid progress and development. The phenomenon of black swan and grey occurs frequently in the international market. China's economic development is facing internal and external challenges.Meanwhile, with the rise of emerging business forms and the increasingly fierce competition among financial peers, the era of "high growth, low non-performing and high return" of commercial banks under the traditional business model has passed, and the banking operation is facing severe challenges. Based on this background, taking BH bank as an example, this paper explores the ways to improve the business profits of banking companies under the new situation, so that BH bank can achieve steady, efficient and sustainable development under the new business competition situation. It is the stabilizer for traditional commercial banks to maintain excellent business performance and achieve sustainable development to carry out corporate businesses such as credit and collection of handling fees. Taking the national joint-stock commercial bank BH bank as an example, this paper analyzes the profitability of its corporate business, and studies the profitability strategy of BH bank by comprehensively using the methods of comparative analysis, literature analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and practical research interview. Focusing on the research theme, this paper first shows the current profit situation of BH banking company's business line; Secondly, with the help of DuPont analysis and competitive analysis, this paper finds out the problems of BH bank's profit strategy, and finds out the reasons for the gap with the current profit situation of advanced peers; Thirdly, it makes a detailed analysis on the causes of the problems of BH bank, and makes a further and more specific analysis on the business liability management and total asset management of BH bank; Finally, through the presentation and research of BH bank related problems in the above chapters, this paper finds out and discusses the strategies and methods to improve the profitability of BH bank's corporate business. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospects the research topics. Based on the research on the corporate business profit strategy of BH bank, this paper draws the following conclusions: in the competition of "future bank", BH bank needs to improve the corporate business profit strategy from three aspects. First, make full use of financial technology to improve business efficiency, tap customer needs and improve service quality, so as to improve the number of customers and customer stickiness; The second is to ensure operating income. On the basis of consolidating traditional business income. Increase the growth rate of operating income by taking the "light bank" route and increasing the proportion of low-risk assets and non interest income; Finally, to reduce operating costs.
