| 中文摘要: | 物流是经济贸易往来活动的基础,为满足物流供应、提高物流配送效率,库存管理也越来越受到各企业的重视和关注。保有适量的库存,减少库存管理对人员、资金的消耗,最大程度上得到物料供应,是各企业间相互竞争制胜的关键。21世纪以来,中国汽车行业进入了高速发展的新阶段,汽车制造企业想要在日益激烈的竞争中获得生存并且发展壮大,必须具备快速、高效满足市场需求的能力。对于每一个汽车制造企业来说,在保证有效的进行零配件库存管理的同时,还需保证有效的汽车生产制造。随着市场经济一体化的飞速发展,汽车单车利润随之下降,因此,汽车制造企业必须思考如何通过库存管理的优化,减少库存、减少库存资金占用、提高库存周转率、提高物资利用率,从而获得更高的利润。 本文基于零配件库存在汽车物流中的地位,对L公司售后零配件的库存管理进行研究,根据库存管理现状,找到问题和痛点,提出优化方案。本文使用文献综述法、专家访谈法、基于ABC-XYZ分类管理法、时间序列法等方法进行库存管理优化研究。首先,通过专家访谈、国内外文献研究等方法结合L公司的售后零配件库存特点,选定49种零配件进行研究分析。其次,依照ABC-XYZ分类管理法,将零配件分为九类,再根据其特点分为KGLS四型,从而进行分类库存管理优化。K型零配件采用时间序列分析模型对其需求进行预测,严格控制采购数量。G型采用供应商管理库存(VMI)模式,由供应商管理库存,完善供应链供需协作。L型零配件采用MIN-MAX库存管理模式,减少业务人员对该类库存管理精力的占用。S型零配件采用战略采购模式,用战略眼光优化库存管理效果。本文随后阐述售后零配件库存管理优化的评价和保障。从流程制度的保障,人员制度体系的完善,加强供应商管理的信息保障,确保库存管理优化方案的顺利实施。 L公司库存管理受售后零配件种类多、库存资金占用高、库存周转率低的问题所困扰,一旦问题得到改善,将对L公司产生极大收益。本文研究的是L公司售后零配件库存现状及优化方案,对同类型企业也具有借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Logistics is the basis of economic and trade activities, in order to meet the logistics supply and improve the efficiency of logistics and distribution, inventory management is also getting more and more attention and concern from all enterprises. Since the 21st century, China's automotive industry has entered a new stage of rapid development, and automotive manufacturers must have the ability to meet market demand quickly and efficiently in order to survive and grow in the increasingly fierce competition. For every automobile manufacturer, it is necessary to ensure effective parts inventory management as well as effective automobile manufacturing. With the rapid development of market economic integration, the profit of a single vehicle is decreasing, therefore, automobile manufacturers must think about how to optimize inventory management, reduce inventory, reduce inventory capital consumption, improve inventory turnover, improve material utilization rate, so as to obtain higher profits. Based on the position of spare parts inventory in automotive logistics, this paper studies the inventory management of after-sales spare parts in Company L. Based on the current status of inventory management, problems and pain points are found and optimization solutions are proposed. This paper uses literature review method, expert interview method, ABC-XYZ classification-based management method, and time series method to conduct inventory management optimization research. First, 49 kinds of spare parts were selected for research and analysis by combining the characteristics of L's aftermarket spare parts inventory through expert interviews, questionnaires, and domestic and international literature studies. Secondly, according to ABC-XYZ classification management method, the spare parts are divided into nine categories and then classified into four types of K, G, L, S according to their characteristics, so as to optimize the classification inventory management. Type K spare parts adopt the time series analysis model to forecast their demand and strictly control the purchase quantity. Type G adopts the supplier managed inventory (VMI), and the supplier manages the inventory to improve the supply and demand collaboration in the supply chain. Type L spare parts The MIN-MAX inventory management model is used to reduce the effort of business personnel in this type of inventory management, and the strategic sourcing model is used for S-type parts to optimize the effect of inventory management with a strategic vision. This paper then describes the evaluation and guarantee of the optimization of after-sales parts inventory management. From the guarantee of process system, the improvement of personnel management system, and the information guarantee of strengthening supplier management to ensure the smooth implementation of inventory management optimization program. Company L's inventory management is plagued by a large variety of aftermarket parts, high inventory capital usage and low inventory turnover, which will be of great benefit to Company L once the problem is improved. This paper studies the current situation and optimization plan of after-sales spare parts inventory in Company L, which is also of reference to similar enterprises. | |
