| 中文摘要: | 摘要 近年来,我国人力资源服务业保持了持续稳健的发展势头,政策体系不断完善,行业规模持续扩大、开放水平不断提高。互联网+、大数据、云计算、人工智能等科技进步为人力资源服务行业进行赋能,使人力资源服务行业科技属性增强,通过科技和数据能力改变人力资源服务的成本结构、交付方式、数据收集存储模式。行业繁荣的同时也存在着传统人力资源公司信息技术建设滞后、供给能力和质量不足、缺乏核心竞争力、区域发展不均衡等问题。如何进行商业模式变革、发掘客户需求、实现企业利润持续增长是传统人力资源公司亟待解决的问题。 本文以在人力资源服务行业发展多年的WRD公司为研究对象,首先对国内外研究现状、商业模式理论、五力模型和价值链理论进行梳理。然后运用商业模式九大要素、魏朱商业模型、商业模式画布对WRD公司传统的商业模式进行分析,找出传统商业模式存在的风险和问题。随之,归纳WRD公司商业模式变革的驱动因素,结合合作竞争价值链理论,以选择定位的动因和业务系统改良方向作为商业模式变革思路的出发点进行分析。分别从通过客户转化重构定位、根据定位改良业务系统、实现业务系统的关键资源能力、完善盈利模式实现收入增长四个大方面提出变革策略,并绘制变革后商业模式画布和业务系统图。最后,制定出WRD公司的商业模式的实施和保障措施。 本文提出WRD公司通过发掘同行业竞争者和相关行业合作公司的需求,设计成人力资源服务提供商和平台提供商“二合一”的定位。以供应商、代理商平台交易的合作逻辑和方式来改良业务系统,并实现盈利来源多样化。转变合作模式,站在合作竞争的角度,在行业内外实现合作共赢。以搭建SAAS平台系统为支撑,利用信息技术手段强化关键资源能力,提高管理效能,实现人力资源公司、供应商、代理商、终端客户、员工多方高效连接,加速信息流通,形成闭环。此外,希望本文能够对人力资源行业未来发展和商业模式变革有实际参考价值和指导意义。 关键词:合作共赢;平台系统;互联网+;信息技术; | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract In recent years, China's human resources service industry has kept a sustained and steady development momentum with the continuous improvement of policy system, constant expanding of the industry scale, and sustaining enhancement of openness. Technological advances such as Internet+, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence have empowered the human resources service industry, and enhanced the technological attributes of the human resources service industry. Meanwhile, they have changed the cost structure, delivery methods, as well as data collection and storage mode of human resources services through technology and data capabilities. Along with the booming of the industry, there are also various problems in traditional human resources companies, such as the lagging information technology construction, insufficient supply capacity and quality, lacking core competitiveness, unbalanced regional development, etc. It has become the urgent issues to modify the business model, explore the customer's needs and realize the sustainable growth of the enterprise's profits. In this paper, the WRD Company, which has progressed in the human resources service industry for many years, is adopted as the research object. Firstly, the research status at home and abroad, business model theory, five-force model and value chain theory are sorted out. Furthermore, the traditional business model of WRD Company is analyzed by employing the nine elements of business model, Wei Zhu business model and business model canvas to seek the risks and problems existing in the traditional business model. Then, the driving factors of WRD company's business model change are summarized. Combined with the value chain theory of cooperation and competition, the motivation of choice positioning and the direction of business system improvement are taken as the starting point of business model change to carry out the analysis. Moreover, the transformation strategies are put forward from four perspectives: reconstructing the positioning through customer transformation, improving the business system based on the positioning, realizing the key resource capability of the business system, and improving the profit model to achieve the revenue growth. Then, the business model canvas and business system diagram after the transformation are drawn. Finally, the implementation strategies and safeguard measures of WRD's business model are formulated. This paper proposes that WRD company should be positioned as the “two in one” mode of human resource service provider and platform provider by exploring the needs of its competitors and related industry partners. It should improve the business system with the cooperative logic and mode of platform transactions between suppliers and agent, and conduct the diversification of profit sources. In the meantime, it should modify the cooperation mode, take the perspective of cooperation and competition, and realize win-win cooperation inside and outside the industry. Supported by the establishment of SAAS platform system, it should leverage information technology to strengthen key resource capabilities, improve management efficiency, implement efficient links among human resources companies, suppliers, agents, end customers and employees, accelerate information circulation, and form a closed loop. Additionally, it is hoped that this paper can have practical reference value and guiding significance for the future development of human resource industry and the reform of business model.
