| 中文摘要: | 随着工业4.0概念的出现,中国政府也相继提出《中国制造2025》为主的各种政策,以新一代的信息技术和制造业的深度融合,推进智能制造为主攻方向,实现中国制造业由大变强。设备作为生产过程中重要资源,智能化工厂离不开现代化设备和先进设备管理体系。设备管理理论的发展从预防维护和预知维护演变至以大数据为基础的精准维护。制造执行系统作为实现智能工厂的核心工具,通过实施数据采集和监控功能,履行设备管理及设备控制的任务,并对先进设备管理的创新提供了关键性的指引。 S公司是一家韩国大型制造企业的海外制造法人,主营开发及生产手机摄像头。当前设备管理模式是基于TPM和精益管理为基础,结合自身企业特点的创新方法——阶段式设备管理认证模式。但是人和设备的体质改善为主的设备管理模式的局限性,导致无法对设备间的散布实时监测以及预防维护管理的执行力不足,并且设备维护人力的能力存在差异,对设备异常原因分析缓慢及不彻底。对此结合设备管理理论、制造执行系统理论和智能制造相关理论的研究,导出面向智能制造的设备管理体系的优化方案。通过制造执行系统的设备管理功能模块的标准化改善当前设备管理的不足,并且集成化各功能模块来实现设备异常“闭环”管理。本研究以智能制造成熟度等级的中级-2为目标,以大数据为基础的设备异常实时监测、锁定异常设备、快速分析异常原因、准确反馈优化建议为主要目的,为了后期导入人工智能、深度学习、云计算等信息通信技术的智能制造成熟度高级做准备。 本文的创新点在于以S公司为例,通过制造执行系统的设备管理功能模块的标准化和各功能模块的集成化来完善和优化设备管理体系。并且通过定性和定量效果分析,实践验证了该设备管理体系的实用价值。提出的设备管理体系设计方案和保障措施对摄像头制造行业包括半导体封装测试行业的制造生产过程中的设备管理提供借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the emergence of the concept of industry 4.0, the Chinese government has also successively proposed various policies based on "Made in China 2025", focusing on the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry, and promoting intelligent manufacturing, so as to realize the transformation of China's manufacturing industry from large to strong. Equipment is an important resource in the production process, and modern equipment and advanced equipment management systems are indispensable for the intelligent factory. The development of the equipment management theory has evolved from preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance to precise maintenance based on big data. As the core tool of the intelligent factory, the manufacturing execution system performs the tasks of equipment management and control by implementing data acquisition and monitoring functions, and provides a key guidance for the innovation of the advanced equipment management. S Company is an overseas manufacturing corporation of a large Korean manufacturing company, which mainly develops and produces mobile phone cameras. The current equipment management mode is based on TPM and lean management, combined with its own enterprise characteristics of the innovative method - staged equipment management certification mode. However, the limitation of the equipment management mode based on the physical improvement of people and equipment leads to the inability to monitor the spread between equipment in real time and the insufficient execution of preventive maintenance management. Since there are differences in the human ability of equipment maintenance, and the analysis of equipment abnormal causes may be slow and insufficient. Based on the study of equipment management theory, manufacturing execution system theory and intelligent manufacturing theory, the optimization scheme of the equipment management system for the intelligent manufacturing is proposed. Through the standardization of the equipment management function module of the manufacturing execution system, the current equipment management are improved, and all the functional modules are integrated to achieve the "closed loop" management for equipment abnormalities. This research aims at Intermediate-2, which is the maturity level of intelligent manufacturing. On the main purpose is to monitor the equipment abnormalities in real time, lock abnormal equipment, quickly analyze the causes of abnormalities, and accurately feedback optimization suggestions based on big data.. This research prepares for later import artificial intelligence, deep learning, information and communication technologies such as cloud computing intelligent manufacturing maturity to prepare senior. The innovation of this paper is to take S Company as an example to improve and optimize the equipment management system by standardizing equipment management function modules of the manufacturing execution system and integrating each function module. And through qualitative and quantitative effect analysis, the practical value of the equipment management system is verified in practice. Proposed design scheme and safeguard measures of the device management system provide a reference for the equipment management in the manufacturing process of the camera manufacturing industry including semiconductor packaging and testing industry. | |
