中文摘要:随着我国健身市场的不断发展壮大,健身俱乐部对私人教练人才的需求量急剧增加,消费者对私人教练的专业素养和服务水平也提出更高标准。国内的私人教练来源主要分为高等院校毕业生和培训机构认证教练两种,前者具有系统的培养方案,学生理论基础较为扎实,但课程内容体系单一并且更新速度慢,后者培训周期短,针对健身俱乐部需求培养全能私人教练,但考核流于形式,学生实践应用效果差,两者都很难完全满足商业健身俱乐部的需求,因此健身俱乐部纷纷采用培训的方式帮助私人教练快速适应岗位并持续提升技能。健身俱乐部培训中尤以私人教练培训为重点,私教收入一般占俱乐部总收入的百分之五十至百分之七十。当前健身俱乐部力求快速成单,私人教练培训体系在内容方面注重销售技巧,忽视私人教练素养的提升,缺乏对培训的整体规划和对私人教练职业生涯发展的引导,造成私人教练离职率高、消费者对健身俱乐部满意度降低、私教转化率和续约率下降,从而给俱乐部经营发展造成困难。 在此背景下,本文以HR健身俱乐部私人教练的培训工作为研究对象,深度了解经营者与员工们的诉求,对收集整理的反馈数据进行分析,实地考察国内各类私人教练培训课程,参考优秀的研究资料和应用现状,运用人力资源培训相关理论对健身俱乐部私人教练培训体系进行优化设计。分别从培训的组织体系、课程体系、流程体系三个层面出发,对培训组织架构、人员职能、管理制度、课程内容、需求分析、执行流程、评价指标进行深入研究给出详细的优化方案,最后依据企业现状,对培训体系实施的策略保障提出了设想。健身俱乐部私人教练培训体系在制定与优化过程中,首先要符合俱乐部发展阶段的需求,帮助企业解决实际问题;其次一定要与俱乐部业务相结合,满足管理者对专业人才的短期和长期需求;第三能够帮助员工获得实用工作技能的同时,实现个人职业长远发展;最后利用培训体系加强私人教练与俱乐部、私人教练与消费者、俱乐部与消费者间的连接,从而实现企业动态发展。 
英文摘要:With the continuous development of China's fitness market, the demand for personal trainers in fitness clubs has increased dramatically, and consumers have put forward higher standards for the professional quality and service level of personal trainers. The sources of personal coaches in China are mainly divided into graduates of colleges and universities and certified coaches of training institutions. The former has a systematic training program.Students have a solid theoretical foundation, but the curriculum content system is single and the updating speed is slow. The latter has a short training cycle and trains all-round personal coaches according to the needs of fitness clubs, but the assessment is mere formality and the effect of students'practical application is poor. Both of them are difficult to fully meet the needs of commercial fitness clubs.Therefore, fitness clubs have adopted training methods to help personal trainers quickly adapt to the position and continuously improve their skills. The training of fitness clubs is especially focused on the training of personal trainers, and the income of personal trainers generally accounts for 50% to 70% of the total income of clubs. At present, fitness clubs strive to make orders quickly.In terms of content, the training system of personal coaches pays attention to sales skills, neglects the improvement of personal coaches' literacy, lacks the overall planning of training and the guidance of personal trainers' career development, resulting in a high turnover rate of personal trainers, a decrease in consumer satisfaction with fitness clubs, a decrease in the conversion rate and renewal rate of private coaches, thus causing difficulties in the development of clubs. In this context, this paper takes the training of personal coaches in HR fitness club as the research object, deeply understands the demands of operators and employees, analyses the feedback data collected and collated, investigates various domestic personal coach training courses on the spot, and consults excellent research materials and application status.Using the theory of human resource training to optimize the training system of personal trainers in fitness clubs. It starts from the three levels of training organization system, curriculum system and process system.The training organization structure, personnel function, management system, course content, demand analysis, implementation process and evaluation index are studied in depth, and the detailed optimization scheme is given.Finally, according to the current situation of the enterprise, the strategic guarantee for the implementation of the training system is envisaged. In the process of formulating and optimizing the training system of personal trainers in fitness clubs,First of all, it should meet the needs of the club's development stage and help enterprises solve practical problems. Secondly, it must be combined with the club business to meet the short-term and long-term needs of managers for professionals. Third, it can help employees acquire practical working skills and achieve long-term personal career development.Finally, the training system is used to strengthen the connection between personal coaches and clubs, personal coaches and consumers, clubs and consumers, so as to realize the dynamic development of enterprises.
