中文摘要:现阶段,智能网联汽车成为了世界汽车产业发展的新趋势,或将成为我国汽车产业超越国际汽车工业发展水平的重要机遇。作为新兴产业,智能网联汽车呈现出多学科交叉融合的特点,国内外均面临着核心技术研发难度大、资金投入大、基础配套设施不足等诸多难题,解决这些问题、推动产业发展的根本动力就是人才,而产业发展初期技术先行,对专业技术人才的需求更为强烈。加之,与发展较为成熟的传统汽车产业相比,智能网联汽车专业技术人才需要具备跨学科知识体系、较强的创新思维和能力、团队协作能力等,高校尚未形成智能网联汽车学科体系、企业也没有相关人才培养经验,智能网联汽车专业技术人才短缺问题突出。 C公司是一家为汽车行业提供技术服务的国有企业,其下属的智能网联汽车技术子公司主要从事智能网联汽车技术相关业务,是C公司近两年重点培育的业务版块。C公司智能网联汽车专业技术人才占比高,人才呈现年轻化、高学历、创新性强等特点,经过科学的人才培养,将成为企业长久发展的核心要素。本文以C公司智能网联汽车专业技术人才为研究对象,对C公司智能网联汽车专业技术人才现状进行分析,挖掘现有人才培养体系存在的问题,以问题为导向,设计了一套智能网联汽车专业技术人才培养体系,搭建了清晰的素质模型和人才梯队,充分利用企业资源设置人才培养方法和科学的人才测评体系用以支撑人才的选拔与考核。为保证人才培养体系能在C公司落地实施,还从组织、制度、企业文化、晋升渠道、人员招聘等方面制定了保障措施。通过人才培养体系的设计,不仅能提升C公司智能网联专业技术人才自身的知识体系和综合素质,也能让C公司实现“有人可用、人尽其才”的人力资源目标。 
英文摘要:Nowadays, Intelligent Connected Vehicle Industry is a new trend in the development of automobile industry. It may become an important opportunity for China to exceed the level of the international automobile industry. As an emerging industry, Intelligent Connected Vehicle has the characteristics of interdisciplinary integration. Domestic and foreign enterprises or industry institutions are faced with many problems, such as research and development of difficult core technology , large capital investment, insufficient infrastructure and so on. Talents are the fundamental driving force to solve these problems and promote industrial development. In the early stage of industrial development, technology comes first, so the demand for professional and technical talents is stronger. In addition, compared with the more mature traditional automobile industry, professional and technical talents of Intelligent Connected Vehicle need to have interdisciplinary knowledge system, strong innovative thinking and ability, team cooperation ability and so on. Colleges have not yet formed the discipline system of Intelligent Connected Vehicle, and enterprises have no relevant talent training experience. The shortage of professional and technical talents of Intelligent Connected Vehicle is prominent. C Company is a state-owned enterprise providing technical services for the automotive industry. Its subordinate Intelligent Connected Vehicle technology branch is mainly engaged in Intelligent Connected Vehicle technology related business, which is the business section that C Company has focused on in the past two years. The proportion of professional and technical talents in the Intelligent Connected Vehicle team of C Company is high, and these talents are young, highly educated and innovative. After the scientific cultivation of talents , they will become the core resources for the future development of the enterprise. This thesis takes the professional and technical talents of Intelligent Connected Vehicle in C Company as the research object, analyzes the current situation.Based on the problems, this thesis designs a talent cultivating system about professional and technical talents of Intelligent Connected Vehicle, establishes a clear quality model and talent echelon, makes full use of enterprise resources to set up talent training programs and scientific talent evaluation system for talent appointment and assessment. In order to ensure that the talent cultivating system can be implemented in C Company. This thesis also formulates safeguard measures from the aspects of organization, system, corporate culture, promotion channels, personnel recruitment and so on. Through the design of talent cultivating scheme, it can not only improve the knowledge system and comprehensive quality of professional and technical talents of Intelligent Connected Vehicle in C Company, but also support C Company to achieve the human resources goal of "Being available and giving full play to their talents".
