| 中文摘要: | 2018年4月27日,人民银行、银保监会、证监会、外汇局联合发布了《关于规范金融机构资产管理业务的指导意见》,标志着中国资产管理行业开始进入统一监管的“大资管时代”。打破分业监管时代的相对隔离和保护,同时也为保险资管公司突破行业限制创造了政策条件。在资产管理行业对外开放和金融行业深化市场化改革的环境下,为更好地适应行业竞争,促进行业发展,保险资管公司要长期关注投资能力的提升,并针对核心能力提前布局。在此背景下,本文以GC资产管理公司为例,主要就当前我国资产管理公司竞争战略这一话题展开了研究。 研究内容上,本文首先阐述了研究背景、意义和方法,并对文中相关概念和理论就行系统的阐述和界定,并详尽介绍中国资产管理公司发展历史?现状以及趋势,在此基础上具体分析了GC资产管理公司发展历史、结构、业务、战略实施等情况,为后续研究打下基础;其次本文运用波特五力模型以及SWOT分析法对于GC资产管理公司目前宏观环境、外部环境和内部环境进行分析,得出GC竞争的优势和劣势,面临的机遇和挑战,并以此为依据分析了GC资产管理公司的最佳战略选择;最后,本文提出了GC资产管理公司战略实施与发展保障途径和措施,在制度、组织和人事安排上对竞争战略提供支持和保障。 本文研究结论如下:一是基于SWOT战略矩阵分析,GC资产管理公司应(1)加快完善产品线,积极拓宽业务来源;(2)切实优化投资策略,提高传统资本市场投研核心能力;(3)加强基础建设投入,建设高效的综合运营与管理能力;(4)拓展客户市场,增强营销能力。二是根据资产管理公司竞争环境和业务的特殊性,构建差异化的竞争战略;三是GC资产管理公司竞争战略的实施保障上,要综合做好组织制度保障、市场营销保障以及信息技术保障;四是在价值链分析的基础上,提出将公司的价值重心从产品功能性服务向产品设计和策略研究环节转移。本文包括图5幅,表9个,参考文献41篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | On April 27, 2018, the People's Bank of China, CBIRC, CSRC and SAFE jointly issued "about specification guidance of financial institutions in the asset management business, China officially unified supervision of the" information age ". With the intensified market competition, the asset management industry has gradually broken the relative isolation and protection in the era of separate supervision. At the same time, it has also created favorable policies for insurance asset management companies to break through industry restrictions. In the context of the opening up of the asset management industry and the deepening of market-oriented reforms in the financial industry, insurance asset management companies should pay attention to the improvement of investment capabilities for a long term and make arrangements for core capabilities in advance, which makes it possible for the company to better adapt to industry competition and promote industry development. In this context, this thesis takes GC AMC as an example, mainly on the current China's asset management companies competitive strategy this topic launched a study. In terms of research contents, this thesis first elaborates the research background, its significance and methods, and then the thesis expounds related concepts and theoretical system, followed by the introduction of the development of Chinese asset Management Company, its history, current situation and trend. The thesis studies the specific analysis of the GC asset development history, structure, business, strategy implementation, which lays the foundation for subsequent research; Secondly, this thesis uses Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT Analysis to explore the current macro environment, external environment and internal environment of GC assets, and obtains the advantages and disadvantages of GC competition, opportunities and challenges, and analyzes the best strategic choice of GC asset Management Co., LTD. Finally, this thesis puts forward the strategy implementation and development guarantee methods and measures for GC asset Management Co., LTD, In lines with the guaranteed support for the system, organization and personnel arrangements to enhance the advantages of competitive strategy. The research conclusions of this thesis are as follows: first, based on SWOT strategy matrix analysis, GC Asset Management Co., Ltd. should (1) Speed the improvement of product lines and actively expand business sources; (2) To effectively optimize the investment strategy to improve capacity for investment and research; (3) Strengthen investment in infrastructure and build efficient and comprehensive operation and management capabilities; (4) Expand customer market and enhance marketing capabilities.
