中文摘要:随着数字经济时代的到来,商业银行逐步调整自身的服务理念与发展战略,加大了对互联网贷款业务的布局,依托普惠金融政策,挖掘长尾客户价值,创新产品体系,推出适应金融市场变化和客户需求的互联网贷款产品。但随着业务的发展和客户群体的扩大,相对应的风险也逐渐暴露,并呈现出异于传统信贷业务的特点。银行原有的风险管理难以有效应对互联网贷款业务的新风险和新特点,怎样在大数据时代充分利用丰富的数据源和智能化手段改变原有的风险管理模式,促进业务的可持续发展显得至关重要。 A商业银行是一家国有商业银行,面对激烈的市场竞争,积极践行普惠金融政策,以互联网产品为依托,挖掘普惠金融客户,拓展互联网贷款产品,同时依托线上业务风险排查系统、风险决策管理支持系统、全面风险监控预警平台,实现客户准入、业务审批、贷后预警等风险管理流程的线上处理,完成风险管控从“人控”到“机控”的转变。然而互联网贷款相较于传统信贷产品,特征明显,传统风险控制理念和技术与风控需求不匹配,在业务层面、技术层面、管理层面均存在一定问题,如,客户与银行之间信息不对称、外部欺诈风险防控难、风控模型智能化水平不足、部门间统筹管理不到位等。本文的研究目的是根据A商业银行互联网贷款业务存在的突出问题,在现有风险控制系统、平台基础上,对流程中的关键环节进行智能化升级,提升风险防控的效率和效果。 本文收集、梳理了互联网贷款业务和智能风控相关的国内外主要理论及研究成果,并结合A商业银行互联网贷款业务的基本情况以及风险管理现状,深入剖析业务层面、技术层面和管理层面的问题,并有针对性地提出了智能化优化措施,包括:在夯实数据基础、强化算法应用的基础上完善风险全流程智能控制,重点对贷前准入、贷中评估和贷后管理三阶段的关键环节的风险防控进行完善和优化,同时提出了配套设施改造、完善激励约束机制、加强队伍建设和改善信贷文化等方面的保障措施,助力A商业银行互联网贷款智能化风险防控的全面优化。 
英文摘要:With the advent of the digital economy era, commercial banks have gradually adjusted their service concepts and development strategies, increased the layout of the Internet loan business, relied on inclusive financial policies, tapped the value of long-tail customers, innovated product systems, and launched to adapt to the financial market Internet loan products that change and customer needs. However, with the development of the business and the expansion of the customer base, the corresponding risks are gradually exposed, showing characteristics different from the traditional credit business. The bank’s original risk management is difficult to effectively respond to the new risks and new characteristics of the Internet loan business. How to make full use of the rich data sources and intelligent means to change the original risk management model and promote the sustainable development of the business in the era of big data is very important. A Commercial Bank is a state-owned commercial bank. Faced with fierce market competition, it actively implements inclusive finance policies, relying on Internet products, tapping inclusive financial customers, expanding Internet loan products, and relying on online business risk inspection systems, Risk decision management support system, comprehensive risk monitoring and early warning platform, to realize online processing of risk management processes such as customer access, business approval, and post-loan early warning, and complete the transformation of risk management from "human control" to "machine control". However, compared with traditional credit products, Internet loans have obvious characteristics. Traditional risk control concepts and technologies do not match risk control requirements. There are certain problems at the business level, technical level, and management level, such as information asymmetry between customers and banks. It is difficult to prevent and control external fraud risks, the intelligent level of risk control models is insufficient, and the overall management between departments is not in place. The research purpose of this article is to intelligently upgrade the key links in the process based on the prominent problems in the Internet loan business of Commercial Bank A, based on the existing risk control system and platform, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk prevention and control. This article collects and sorts out the main domestic and foreign theories and research results related to the Internet loan business and intelligent risk control, and combines the basic situation of the Internet loan business of A commercial bank and the current risk management status to deeply analyze the business, technical and management issues , and proposed intelligent optimization measures in a targeted manner, including: perfecting the whole-process intelligent control of risks on the basis of consolidating the data foundation and strengthening the application of algorithms, focusing on the three stages of pre-loan access, in-loan evaluation, and post-loan management The risk prevention and control of key links was improved and optimized, and at the same time, safeguard measures were proposed for supporting facility renovation, perfecting incentive and restraint mechanisms, strengthening team building and improving credit culture, and assisting the overall optimization of the intelligent risk prevention and control of A commercial bank’s Internet loans .
