中文摘要:近年来,在国家出台的有关政策支持下,自主品牌车企发展迅速,在国内汽 车市场占有的份额不断增加,但汽车主要关键核心技术仍被掌握在跨国汽车巨 头手中。为尽快落实党中央、国务院制定的“中国制造 2025”行动纲领,切实提 高行业竞争力,提升自主品牌车企的技术水平和创新能力迫在眉睫。 提升车企技术水平与创新能力最重要的基础设施就是汽车技术中心。在国 家的大力支持下,汽车技术中心建设进入一个高潮期,大型自主品牌车企如一汽、 东风、吉利、广汽、长城等均已建设自己的汽车技术中心。同时,汽车技术中心 在建设中遇到的问题也逐渐暴露出来,在设计阶段出现了试验能力规划不全,设 计一改再改,施工现场暴露图纸问题多等状况,体现出设计质量跟不上项目要求。 传统的设计管理方法已难以满足这一类复杂建筑的建设要求,体系化、标准化的 设计质量管理流程逐渐受到工程相关方的重视,推动设计方研究总结更有效的 质量管理方法措施。 本论文以 G 公司汽车技术中心项目为主要研究对象,结合全面质量管理、 ISO9001 质量体系等质量管理理论和 PDCA 循环过程方法作为基础,对目前的汽 车技术中心项目设计质量管理模式和现状进行研究分析,找出其存在的设计依 据不清晰、设计失误较多等问题。通过分析,确定了 24 个引起质量问题的因素, 筛选出其中影响最重要,解决成效最大的四类因素。包括确定设计输入因素、设 计实施过程质量提升因素、质量检测流程提升因素、设计组织流程提升因素,继 而通过理论结合实践方法,针对每个因素提出了组建稳定质量改善团队、输入资 料记录文件体系、电气设计文件标准化与模块化、和建立校审文件并改良制度四 方面的改善策略,并进行预期效果与成本控制评价。本研究得到的结论将为汽车 技术中心类项目的设计质量管理提供具有借鉴意义和参考价值的研究思路和方 案实践。 
英文摘要:In recent years, with the support of relevant policies issued by the goverment, selfowned brand auto companies have developed rapidly, and their share in the domestic car market has been increasing year by year. However, the main core technologies of automobiles are still in the hands of multinational automobile giants. the Party Central Committee and government have formulated the "Made in China 2025" action plan which will improve the competitive power of the industry effectively, and need to be put into effect. and it is urgent to improve the technological level and innovation capabilities of self-owned brand automobile companies. The most important infrastructure for improving the technological level and innovation capabilities of auto companies is the automotive technology center. With the strong support of the goverment, the construction of the automotive technology center has entered a high-tide period. Self-owned independent brand car companies such as FAW, Dongfeng Motor, Geely Motor, Guangzhou Automobile, and Great Wall Motor have built their own automotive technology centers. At the same time, Lots of problems have gradually been exposed in the construction of the automobile technology centers even in the engineering design stage, such as incomplete test capacity planning, endless changing of design, and exposing of drawings in the construction.All of these problems shows design quality fall behind project requirements. Traditional design management methods can’t satisfy the requirements of this type of complex buildings. The systematic and labelled design quality management process has gradually attracted by the engineering relevant enterprise, designers need to study and summarize more effective quality management methods and measures. The main object of this thesis is the G company's automotive technology center. and combines the methods such as TQM,ISO9001 quality management system and PDCA cycle as the basis, and conducts research and analysis on the current automotive technology center project design quality management model and status quo.finding out the problems such as design basis unclear,too many mistake in design.24 factors were identified through analysis of existing problems, and the four types of factors with the most important impact and the most effective solution were selected, including communication factors. Design process quality improvement factors, quality inspection process improvement factors. Design organizational process improvement factors. Then, through the combination of theory and practical methods, four improvement strategies were proposed for each factor,including forming an independent improvement team, establishing communication documents for all relevant parties, deep-going standardization and modularization of design documents, and improving review documents and fixing experience feedback system.The research also make an expected effects and cost control evaluation. The conclusions of this study will provide reference value for research ideas and program practice for the design quality management of automotive technology center projects.
