| 中文摘要: | 在公共服务均等化的政策方针下,推动公共图书馆服务行业健康发展已成为国家战略任务。在国内,公共图书馆坚持普惠性、公益性、均等性的建设原则,努力满足公民的文化需求。随着经济发展与社会变化,人们对于阅读的需求、方式、体验等都快速迭代,然而,公共图书馆在发展途中没有紧跟脚步导致无法与时俱进地满足广大公民的文化需求。未来公共图书馆在运营模式上需加以创新转型,并在管理架构、智能化等方面加以改善,让读者能够获得更便捷和更优质的服务,更好的创造个人价值。 本研究以天津市滨海新区图书馆为研究对象,采用案例分析法针对图书馆的服务创新工作研究,结合问卷调查法和访谈法进行分析,发现该图书馆在服务创新工作中存在公众整体满意度不高、工作的需求针对性不强、创新服务机制未闭环等问题。通过对该案例进行深入分析与研究,拟初步认识国内公共图书馆行业存在的一些共性问题:公共图书馆服务创新管理理念落后、服务创新内容不足和缺少有效的服务创新推广等。并通过分析此类问题对如何有效提高公共图书馆服务创新水平提出对策与建议,以帮助公共图书馆更好的实现转型和变革。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the policy of equalization of public services, promoting the healthy development of the public library service industry has become a national strategic task. In China, public libraries adhere to the construction principles of inclusiveness, public welfare, and equality, and strive to meet the cultural needs of citizens. With economic development and social changes, people’s needs, methods, and experiences for reading are rapidly iterating. Public libraries fail to keep up with the pace in their development, leading to the inability to keep up with the times to meet the cultural needs of citizens. In the future, public libraries need to innovate and transform their operating models, and improve their management structure and intelligence, so that readers can obtain more convenient and high-quality services and create more value. This research is based on the service theory of public libraries, taking the Tianjin Binhai New Area Library as the research object, using case analysis method to study the service innovation work of the library, combined with the questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyze, it is found that the library is in In service innovation work, there are problems such as low overall public satisfaction, poorly targeted work needs, and unclosed loops of innovative service mechanisms. Through in-depth analysis and research on this case, it is planned to have a preliminary understanding of some common problems in the domestic public library industry: backward service innovation management concepts of public libraries, insufficient service innovation content, and lack of effective service innovation promotion. Through analyzing such problems, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively improve the service innovation level of public libraries, so as to help public libraries achieve better transformation and reform. | |
