中文摘要：	一个优秀的合格的实验室，是具有正能量的影响的，会激发科技研发人员的研发灵感与积极创作。在实验室的质量管理工作中，管理人员和从事专业技术的人才都十分重要，是紧密相关的。一个拥有高效率高质量的实验室质量管理体系和质量管理模式，对于提高实验室人员的科学的研究水平具有积极的影响，对提高化学实验室的检测工作的检测效率和数据准确度效果明显。因此，当化学实验室在拥有齐全的仪器设施设备后，建立一个完善的、具有创新性的、科学的实验室质量管理体系是十分重要而且必要的。 化学实验室的日常检测工作和建立的质量管理体系是否可以互相适应，是实验室能否长久生存和健康发展的关键。对于产品质量的控制，原材料的控制，检测数据的可信度，检测结果的客观性的保证，工作效率能够被显著提升等方面来说，完善的质量管理体系的建成是至关重要的。但是就目前国内外实验室建立质量管理体系的发展来看，质量管理体系发挥的作用在实验室的实际工作过程中大打折扣。因此，实验室更应该以积极的态度针对质量管理工作过程中出现的问题的进行分析，提出解决对策，争取建立成一个具有标准性的，并且与实验室发展方向相互提升的管理体系。 本文以A公司化学实验室为例，进行检测工作的质量管理优化的研究。分析实验室现状和出现的问题，结合质量管理相关理论和方法进行分析。首先要说的是选题的研究意义和研究背景，文章总体的研究思路与框架；其次是有关理论的详细回顾；第三部分对A公司化学实验室现状和问题进行分析；第四部分针对呈现的问题，提出优化方案；第五部分是优化方案实施和保障以及效果评价；最后是对实验室检测工作的质量管理建设的总结和期望。 本文以质量管理七项原则作为指导原则，结合人机料法环测质量管理六要素，做出质量管理优化，全面优化实验室检测工作的质量管理。对于实验室而言，提高检测准确度与检测效率是质量管理优化的目标，对于公司而言，提供了实用且好用的管理体系方法和经验。也为国内外其他实验室建设管理体系提供了借鉴。不管是从理论的角度或者实际践行方面，都有重要的借鉴价值。
英文摘要：	An excellent and qualified laboratory has a positive impact and will stimulate the R&D inspiration and creation of scientific researchers. In the quality management of laboratories, management and professionals staff are very important and closely related. A high-efficiency and high-quality laboratory quality management system and quality management model has a positive impact on improving the scientific research of laboratory personnel, and has a significant effect on improving the detection efficiency and data accuracy of the chemical laboratory's detection work. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to establish a complete, innovative and scientific laboratory quality management system when a chemical laboratory has a complete set of equipment and facilities. Whether the daily inspection work of the chemical laboratory and the established quality management system can adapt to each other is the key to the service and healthy development of the laboratory. For the control of product quality, the control of new materials, the credibility of test data, the guarantee of the objectivity of test results, and the significant improvement of work efficiency, the establishment of a complete quality management system is essential. However, at present, the development of the quality management system established by domestic and foreign laboratories is concerned, the role played by the quality management system is greatly reduced in the actual work process of the laboratory. Therefore, the laboratory should take a positive attitude to analyze the problems in the quality management work process, propose solutions, and strive to establish a standardized management system that is mutually improved with the development of the laboratory. This thesis takes the chemical laboratory of Company A as an example to conduct research on the optimization of quality management of testing work. Analyze the status and problems of the laboratory, and analyze the related theories and methods of quality management.The first is the research significance and research background of the selected topic, the overall research thinking and framework of the article; the second is a detailed review of related theories; the third part analyzes the current situation and problems of the chemical laboratory of A company; the fourth part is aimed at presenting The fifth part is the implementation and guarantee of the optimization plan and the effect evaluation; the last is the summary and expectation of the quality management construction of laboratory testing work. This thesis takes the seven principles of quality management as the guiding principles, and combines the six elements of environmental testing quality management with man-machine material method to make quality management optimization and comprehensively optimize the quality management of laboratory testing work. For laboratories, improving detection accuracy and detection efficiency is the goal of quality management optimization. For companies, it provides practical and easy-to-use management system methods and experience. It also provides a reference for the construction and management system of other laboratories at home and abroad. No matter from a theoretical point of view or practical aspects, there is important reference value.
