| 中文摘要: | 随着材料科学的研发应用和工艺成型技术的进步,塑料制品在国民生活和工业领域中均被广泛使用,因其所具有的可批量生产、成本优势、成型快捷、性能优良等特点,在汽车、电子行业、光伏、宠物用品等领域得以推广应用。注塑成型是塑料制品成型的主要方式之一,是典型的离散型制造业,具有产品种类繁多、成型工艺复杂、小批量生产、生产现场多维数据实时管理困难等特点。注塑企业希望能通过智能化的管理系统来帮助企业加强注塑过程生产管理能力,提高企业综合生产效率和提升核心竞争力。制造执行系统MES作为车间执行层能很好的解决企业计划层ERP和过程控制层PCS之间的管理连接问题,较好的解决注塑企业生产现场管理问题,但是很多注塑企业在引入MES系统后,实际应用存在诸多管理问题。 本论文主要通过研究Z公司注塑车间MES应用,采用文献研究法、现场研究法、案例分析法等研究方法,分析MES应用现状和存在的管理问题,结合敏捷制造和精益生产管理理论及实际调研分析结果,帮助Z公司注塑车间建立一套较为完整和适用的应用管理策略和实施保障。 本论文的结论有以下几点:MES应用管理策略和实施保障必须结合Z公司实际情况和未来发展。首先梳理Z公司注塑车间和产品基础数据及管控过程数据,其次设计符合车间需求的核心功能和制定核心流程,最后建立ERP、MES、PCS等系统的协同管理体系及集成多维数据。辅助于组织和制度保障、技术和人力保障、文化和权力保障等,推动MES顺利实施,真正发挥MES的作用,更好的为注塑车间生产组织管理服务,推动注塑车间精细化管理,从而提升效率,降低成本,改善质量,增强Z公司核心竞争力。本论文所涉及的研究思路具有一定的理论和实践基础,包括了对Z公司注塑车间MES应用问题分析、管理策略和实施保障研究,对同类型离散型注塑企业MES应用具有较强的实用性和现实指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development and application of materials science and process molding technology progress, the plastic products in the national life and industrial field are widely used , because of it can be mass production, cost advantage, forming fast, good performance characteristics, such as in automotive industry, electronics, photovoltaic, pet supplies, and other fields to promote application. Injection molding is one of the main ways of plastic products molding, is a typical discrete manufacturing industry, with a variety of products, complex molding process, small batch production, production site multidimensional data real-time management difficulties and other characteristics. Injection molding enterprises are hope to strengthen the injection molding process production management ability through intelligent management system to improve the enterprise's overall production efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness As the workshop execution layer, MES can solve the management connection problem well between enterprise planning layer ERP and process control layer PCS and a better solution to the injection molding enterprise production site management problems, but many injection molding enterprises after the introduction of MES System, there are lots of management problems in the actual application. This thesis mainly studies the application of MES in injection molding workshop of Z Company, adopts literature research method, field research method, case analysis method and other research methods to analyze the application status of MES and existing management problems, and combines Agile Manufacturing and Lean Production management theory and actual research and analysis results, help injection molding workshop of Z Company to establish a set of relatively complete and applicable application management strategy and implementation guarantee. The conclusion of this thesis are the following: the MES application management strategy and implementation guarantee must be in combination with the practical situation and the future development of Z company. Firstly, the injection molding workshop data, basic product data and control process data of Z company were sorted out, secondly design core function and develop core processes to meet the demand of workshop, finally set up ERP, MES and PCS system collaborative management system and the integration of multi-dimensional data. Assist in the organization and system guarantee, technology and manpower guarantee, culture and power guarantee and so on, promote the implementation of MES smoothly, really play the role of MES, better service for the production organization and management of injection workshop, promote the delicacy management of injection workshop, so as to improve efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, enhance the core competitiveness of Z company. The research ideas in this thesis have certain theoretical and practical basis, including the MES application problem analysis and management strategy and implementation guarantee research of injection molding workshop of Z Company. It has strong practicability and practical guiding significance to the same type of discrete injection molding enterprises of MES application. | |
