中文摘要：	近10年来，随着中国金融行业的迅猛发展，融资租赁行业也进入了发展的快车道上。融资租赁行业与传统的银行信贷模式不同，它是一种把融资和融物相结合的特殊融资工具，这种模式更加符合企业和个人对于现代金融的需求。由于融资租赁具备融资与融物相结合的特点，所以融资租赁公司在承租人客户出现风险的时候，可以通过处理租赁物的方式来实现物权化解风险，对于现代金融来说，它可以替代银行的部分功能，助力实体产业的有效发展。 本文结合融资租赁的基础理论、行业发展特点、风险管理研究、企业外部环境分析和企业内部环境分析等几个方面进行阐述，为本文提供理论基础。本文通过分析行业龙头YX融资租赁公司的风险管理特点来分析和研究目前我国汽车融资租赁行业在风险管理方面存在的问题和改进优化方法。根据实际研究，剖析法律法规、政策市场环境、市场竞争、风险管理控制四个方面导致汽车融资租赁公司风险的产生，并通过企业内部和外部环境分析来剖析更深层次原因。通过各种工具的分析后，本文得出YX融资租赁公司在汽车融资租赁业务开展的过程中，该企业的经营管理工作做得比较扎实，在同行业中属于佼佼者，但是企业的经营管理工作仍有很大的改进空间。 结合全文对YX融资租赁公司所发掘的经营管理问题，本文提出广泛低成本战略，利用其行业领先地位，降低公司整体成本，成为行业内的成本领先者，进一步提高企业的竞争力。本文建议通过拓宽融资渠道、规避流动性风险、丰富产品模式、加强企业内部控制、提高整体人员素质、加强网络预警机制、提高智能AI合作和提高车辆处置能力，分散企业经营风险，提高企业抗压能力，从而进一步保障企业在开展汽车融资租赁业务时保持长久发展。 本文通过对YX融资租赁公司经营管理战略分析，对YX融资租赁公司未来开展融资租赁业务提供了一定的意见和参考借鉴，同时也丰富了融资租赁行业的战略思维，具有一定的理论研究价值和实操指导意义。
英文摘要：	In recent ten years, with the rapid development of China's financial industry, financial leasing industry has entered the fast lane of development. The financial leasing industry is different from the traditional bank credit model. It is a special financing tool that combines financing and trading. This model is more in line with the needs of enterprises and individuals for modern finance. Because financial leasing has the characteristics of combination of financing and trading, when the lessee's customers have risks, financial leasing companies can resolve the risks by dealing with the leased products. For modern finance, it can replace part of the functions of banks and help the effective development of the real industry. This paper combines the basic theory of financial leasing, industry development characteristics, risk management research, enterprise external environment analysis and enterprise internal environment analysis to provide a theoretical basis for this paper. This paper analyzes the risk management characteristics of YX financial leasing company, the leading company in the industry, to analyze and study the existing problems in the risk management of China's auto financial leasing industry and the improvement and optimization methods. According to the actual research, this paper analyzes the four aspects of laws and regulations, policy market environment, market competition, risk management and control that lead to the risk of auto financial leasing company, and analyzes the deeper reasons through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise. Through the analysis of various tools, this paper concludes that YX financial leasing company in the process of auto financial leasing business development, the enterprise's operation and management work is relatively solid, in the same industry is the leader, but the enterprise's operation and management work still has a lot of room for improvement. Combined with the management problems of YX financial leasing company, this paper puts forward the broad low cost strategy, uses its leading position in the industry, reduces the overall cost of the company, becomes the cost leader in the industry, and further improves the competitiveness of the enterprise. This paper suggests that by broadening financing channels, avoiding liquidity risks, enriching product models, strengthening internal control, improving the overall quality of personnel, strengthening the network early warning mechanism, improving intelligent AI cooperation and vehicle disposal ability, enterprises can disperse business risks and improve their pressure resistance ability, so as to further ensure the long-term development of enterprises in developing automobile financial leasing business Exhibition. Through the analysis of the operation and management strategy of YX financial leasing company, this paper provides some advice and reference for YX financial leasing company to carry out financial leasing business in the future, and also enriches the strategic thinking of financial leasing industry, which has certain theoretical research value and practical significance.
