中文摘要：	随着中国改革开放的不断深入，金融控股集团作为综合经营的组织形式之一不断发展壮大。在此过程中，民营金融控股集团遇到的融资难、融资慢和融资贵等问题对企业的正常经营和发展壮大提出了严峻的挑战。深入分析特定企业在发展壮大过程中遇到的融资问题有助于我们理解同类型企业共性的困境，寻找共性的成因，并以特定企业的解决之道作为参照，为民营金融控股集团解决融资管理问题找到一条可行之路。 本文以国内外控股集团公司融资相关理论为基础，以国内民营金融控股集团的领头羊—SN金融控股集团（以下简称SN控股或集团）作为样本，聚焦其集团本身和子公司，梳理其自成立至今的企业发展历程，列举其近年来的真实财务数据，剖析其完整的资本结构和融资结构，研究其资金筹措和管理方面相关的问题并进行详细的分析。根据分析的结果，在融资方式规划、信用体系建设、融资管理和财务监管体系建设三个层面提出包括加大内源融资力度、扩大表外融资规模、加速推进上市节奏、强化主体信用建设管理、建立互助信用联盟、建立融资管理体系、健全融资监管制度等七条融资管理方案调整建议。 SN控股在融资工作中遇到的一系列问题，既有金融政策不健全、金融市场不完善等宏观层面的原因，也受其自身经营管理不科学、资金使用不规范等微观方面因素的影响。通过本文的研究分析可知，要解决现阶段民营金融控股集团融资方面的问题，除了需要各级政府和金融机构通力配合，从宏观和外部层面营造更加有利的环境，更需要企业结合企业自身的发展状况和成长阶段有计划、分步骤地选择和调整融资策略。最重要的是，本文的相关分析和结论对同类型的民营金融控股集团在融资过程中碰到问题时的溯源查找、分析研究和定位解决具有一定的参考意义。
英文摘要：	With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the requirements of comprehensive management in the financial field have become increasingly apparent. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council mentioned in the 12th Five-Year Plan of macro-development that the comprehensive operation of the financial industry is one of the pilot forms of future economic work. Under this guiding ideology, financial holding group as one of the organization forms of comprehensive management has been developing and growing. In this process, the private financial holding group encountered mangy problems such as difficulties, slow and expensive financing to the normal operation and development of enterprises become severe challenges. Deep analysis of the financing problems will help us to understand the common predicament of the same type of enterprises, find the causes of the common, and take the solutions of specific enterprises as a reference to try to find a feasible way for private financial holding groups to solve the financing management problems. In this paper, based on the holding group company finance related theory at home and abroad, with the domestic private financial holding group leader - SN Holding(or group) as sample, focusing on the group itself and subsidiaries, comb the development course of enterprise since its establishment, its real financial data in recent years, analyzes the capital structure and financing structure, complete a series of problems concerning the study the financing of detailed financial analysis was carried on. According to analysis results, the financing system, credit system construction, financial management and financial supervision system construction, a total of 3 including strengthen endogenous financing, expand the scale of off-balance-sheet financing and listed rhythm accelerate, strengthening subject construction of credit system, establish mutual credit union, establish scientific financial management system, improve the finance supervision system totally seven suggestions. Problems that SN Holding has encountered not only caused by financial policy or financial market at the macro level, but also influenced by the unscientific operation and management and the irregular use of funds at the micro level. Analysis shows that through the study of this paper to solve the problem of private financial holding group financing at present stage, in addition to all levels of governments and financial institutions to cooperate, from the macro and the external level to create a more favorable environment, more needs to be combined with enterprise's own development and growth stage plan, select and adjust the financing strategy. Most importantly, the relevant analysis and conclusions of this paper have a certain reference significance for the traceability search, analysis research and positioning solution of the problems encountered by the same type of private financial holding groups in the financing process.
