中文摘要:随着新媒体的蓬勃发展,人们倾向于使用移动设备获取信息,越来越多的 大学生使用学术新媒体,对图书馆的使用热情有所下降。同时,以学术类微信 公众号为代表的学术新媒体纷纷涌现,以其便捷的获取方式,快速的信息更新 受到高校师生的青睐与欢迎。学术新媒体平台已经成为高校师生传递学术信息、 获取科研动态、进行学术交流的重要途径。与此同时,越来越多的大学生利用 这些新媒体渠道获取信息,高校图书馆使用率下降,需提高信息服务的能力。 本文研究的目的是通过分析大学生在学术新媒体平台的搜寻行为及影响因素, 了解大学生的行为习惯及使用偏好,为学术新媒体平台和高校图书馆提升信息 服务能力提供建议。本文通过深度访谈,招募 25 位不同专业、性别、学历的大 学生,对访谈数据进行分析,揭示大学生在使用学术新媒体平台时的信息搜寻 行为模型和影响因素。研究发现:(1)学术新媒体环境下大学生信息搜寻行为 包括不同类型,即任务型、推送浏览型和浏览偶遇型;(2)搜寻过程包括需求、 搜寻、浏览与筛选、保存与利用等阶段;(3)影响因素分为使用与选择因素和 满意度因素。使用与选择因素可归纳为外部因素和内部个人因素,满意度影响 因素体现在平台、个人及信息提供者层面。根据研究结果,本文针对学术新媒 体平台从平台、信息发布者和大学生三个角度提出建议;同时,从激励大学生 阅读兴趣;加强信息素养教育;提高资源跟新效率,及时推广;增加高校图书 馆平台服务功能;加强学科服务等方面提出改善高校图书馆信息服务能力的对 策和建议。 
英文摘要:With the vigorous development of new media, people tend to use mobile devices to obtain information, more and more college students are more inclined to use academic new media, and their enthusiasm for the library has declined. Meanwhile, academic new media represented by academic WeChat official account have sprung up, and their convenient access and fast information update have been welcomed and welcomed by teachers and students in universities. Academic new media platform has become an important way for university teachers and students to transfer academic information, obtain scientific research trends and conduct academic exchanges. At the same time, more and more college students use these new media channels to obtain information, the utilization rate of university library is declining, and the information service needs to be improved. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the search behavior and influencing factors of college students in the academic new media platform, understand the behavior habits and use preferences of college students, and provide suggestions for the academic new media platform and university library to improve information services. In this paper, through in-depth interviews, we recruited 25 college students with different majors, genders and educational backgrounds, and made a qualitative analysis of the interview data to reveal the information search behavior model and influencing factors of college students when using the academic new media platform. The results show that: (1) the information search behavior of college students in the academic new media environment includes different types, namely task type, push browsing type and passive encounter type; (2) the search process includes the stages of demand, search, browsing and screening, preservation and utilization; (3) the influencing factors are divided into use and selection factors and satisfaction factors. The factors of use and choice can be summarized as external factors and internal personal factors, and the influencing factors of satisfaction are reflected in the level of platform, individual and information provider. According to the research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions from three aspects:platform, information publisher and college students; at the same time, it puts forward some countermeasures to improve the information service of University Library from the aspects of stimulating college students' interest in reading; strengthening information literacy education; improving the efficiency of keeping up with the new resources and timely promotion; increasing the platform service function of university library; strengthening subject service.
