中文摘要: | 相比中国刚加入WTO时,社会经济环境已经有了二十年的高速发展,国际环境也有了非常多的变化。而国际货运代理这类的物流企业出现利润率下降以及管理方面等诸多问题。在此背景下本文研究了IFB国际货运代理物流企业的战略转型问题,设定其转型目标为:一站式多功能全供应链服务的第三方物流供应商国际品牌,并提出了IFB公司战略转型的具体实施策略来改变或补充企业盈利方式,从而赢得IFB在新时代背景下长期的增长和发展。 本文通过对国际贸易背景和“一带一路”政策、进口博览会的举办等新趋势的描述,提出了IFB国际货运代理企业战略转型的背景。根据有关战略管理理论定位方法的分析,国际货运代理企业性质和业务描述,以及核心竞争理论三个层次的价值链理论,SWOT分析法等理论工具的回顾,本文理论联系实际,针对IFB国际货运代理企业的具体管理问题进行了分析和描述,得出了本企业具体战略转型的内外部动因,并提出了IFB公司战略转型目标,战略转型思路和两个实施路径。 根据价值链图分析得出了本次战略转型具体的行动策略并归纳总结为核心实施策略和保障实施策略两大部分。根据核心竞争力和价值链理论把公司两大策略和部门管理具体规则相结合,在产品采购、营销、运营、客服等主要活动方面提出了许多具体方案并且在战略方面提出了多元化和全球化更新策略。在公司组织管理、信息管理、全球财务管理、国际品牌管理等多方面给出了具体转型保障措施。 | |
英文摘要: | Since China started reform and opening policy and specially China joined in the WTO, China international trade developing is with rapid increasing in the past more than 40 years, the China social and economic environment had various changes and progress, and as well as there are serious management and profit margin narrow down problems of international freight forwarders. This paper will discuss and research of strategy transformation, how to set up one stop service-multiple function-third logistic supplier of full supply chain as world famous logistic brand. And propose kinds of specific application policy and tactics, in order to support IFB international freight forwarder pass the difficult time and win the long term development. Through description currently background of international trade, “one belt one road” policy, importation international exhibition, and analysis the theory of strategy transformation, propose the background of strategy transformation, description the nature and the service scope of international freight forwarder. Review theory of core-competitiveness and three levels of value chain, SWOT analysis tool. This thesis is concerned of practices, describe and analysis the management problems of IFB international freight forwarder, come to internal and external motivation and causation of strategy transformation. And present target, conceivement and the methods of strategy transformation. Basic value chain map, arrival at a two parts of conclusion of management strategy transformation, there are core solutions and indemnificatory management upgrade solutions. Basic theory of core-competitiveness and three levels of value chain, integration the solutions with function policies of organization management; information system management; global group finance policies; international brand and strategy of diversification, globalization. Also proposed specific solutions for procurement,research and development,sales,operation, custom service, departments. | |
