中文摘要: 随着科技的发展,互联网与移动网络在生活与工作中迅速普及,不断与各 个行业领域相融合,形成了许多新兴概念,互联网金融即是其中之一。作为新 兴行业,互联网金融业仍在探索适合我国国情与行业发展趋势的盈利模式。要 想能够在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,从容应对变化、挑战以及风险,形成自身独 特的竞争力,健康可持续地发展,那么一个合理的盈利模式是互联网金融企业 必需要具备的。 本文选取的案例分析公司 DC 公司是一家互联网金融公司,也是互联网金 融和互联网证券领域里极具代表性的公司,经历了从最开始的一家互联网金融 数据信息服务公司,到手握券商牌照的互联网证券公司,再到如今具有良好互 联网思维及基因属性的互联网金融平台公司,其中的盈利模式也在发生着极大 的变化和转型。 本文对相关文献及理论进行梳理,回顾其发展历程以及至今的业务布局, 并将盈利与业务相对应,总结盈利模式及其特点和效果,并选取行业内对应领 域可比公司进行比较总结得出目前的公司的盈利模式存在的问题,收入结构中 证券经纪业务收入面临波动性大及客户黏性不足,基金代销业务面临互联网巨 头对市场份额的挤占,金融数据服务及广告收入端市场份额逐步降低,移动端 发展相对落后以及研发支出相对薄弱的问题。盈利模式优化是公司提升盈利能 力的基础,较为单一的盈利模式不能适应快速变化的外部环境,结合目前我国 互联网用户向移动端转移、市场新进者越来越多以及居民资管需求快速增加的 趋势,公司应从优化收入结构、提升业务创新能力等方面着手,依据企业自身 优势抓住机遇,实施多元化业务发展进程,扩大公司收入来源,完善财富管理 功能,丰富代销产品种类,加强金融资讯的原创性与专业性同时,对于金融数 据服务产品,注重精细化运营,巩固流量壁垒和优化金融服务体系,发展策略 联盟,注重提升线下服务质量,加强移动端市场的发展,加大金融科技投资, 增加研发投入增强公司的市场竞争力,可持续发展。最后结合目前金融市场与 互联网形势总结全文,并为同领域内其它的互联网金融公司提供参考借鉴。  
英文摘要: In the wake of developments in science and technology, the Internet and mobile networks are rapidly popularized in life and work, and continue to integrate with various industries and fields, forming many emerging concepts, the Internet finance is one that meant to be mentioned. As the emerging industry, the Internet finance has been still exploring a profit model that suitable for my country's national conditions and industry development trends. Among them, due to the continuous deepening of my country's financial market reform, investors are paying more and more attention to the financial market, and investors' needs for financial services are becoming more diversified and professional. Internet financial information service companies are ushering in development opportunities. How to achieve sustainable and healthy development, and to form the unique and irreplaceable advantages in the competitive environment, an appropriate profit model is a must for those internet finance companies. The case analysis company selected in this article, DC, is an internet finance company and a representative company in the field of internet finance and internet securities. DC has gone from being an internet financial data information service company to holding a broker’s license. Internet securities companies, and now Internet financial platform companies with good Internet thinking and genetic attributes, its profit model is also undergoing great changes and transformations. This article combs the relevant theories and literature, reviews its development history and business layout so far, and summarizes the profit model and its characteristics and effects, and selects several profit comparable companies in the corresponding fields in the industry for comparison, and analyzes the competitive situation and competition of DC companies’various businesses of the advantages and disadvantages, and it is concluded that the current company’s profit model has problems. The income structure of the securities brokerage business faces high volatility and insufficient customer stickiness. The fund agency business faces Internet giants squeezing market share, financial data services and the market share of advertising revenue is gradually decreasing, the development of mobile terminal is relatively backward, and R&D expenditure is relatively weak. In the analysis, the innovative integration of Internet product thinking has deeply affected by the online-financial trend. The optimization of the profit model is the foundation for the company to improve its profitability. A relatively single profit model cannot adapt to the rapidly changing external environment. Concerning the current phenomenon that large amount of the internet users in China has moved from the website to the mobile terminal that easier to be handle, besides, the increasing number of new entrants in the market, as well as the trend that climbing amount of the asset management of the residents is urgently needed, companies should start from optimizing revenue structure and enhancing business innovation capabilities, seize opportunities based on their own advantages, implement a diversified business development process, expand the company’s revenue sources, and expand the company’s business landscape. Focus on improving the quality of offline services, strengthen the originality and professionalism of financial information, meanwhile, the reinforcement of finance data products concerning the refinement operation, strengthen the development of the mobile terminal market, increase financial technology investment, increase R&D investment, and solid profit barriers. Sustainable development and enhancement of market competitiveness. Finally, a summary of the full text is made, combined with the current era background, to give feasible suggestions for the development of profit models for companies in the Internet financial service field.
