中文摘要:国际物流运输是依托于国际贸易发展起来的一个行业,主要职责是在整个 国际贸易供应链中,通过海运运输,空运运输和近些年逐步完善的铁路运输, 跨境公路运输等运输方式,完成从发货人的起运地将货物按时安全的运送到收 货人的目的地这一系列工作。不同于 90 年代国际贸易刚兴起时单一的国际物流 运输方式,随着近二十年来全球化的发展和国际运输方式的增多,企业对于国 际运输方案的需求变得更加多样。同一个企业针对不同交期的货物,有不同的 运输方案需求。同一个货物由于收货人不同,要求的交期不同,也会有不同的 运输方案需求。基于客户的需求,在规定的时间内,准确的制定有针对性的物 流运输方案,是当代国际物流运输业的一个发展方向。 本文通过客户需求调查表的形式,挑选了 A 公司不同类型的客户,进行了 客户需求满意度调查,对目前运输方案进行了根源问题的分析。与同类型国际 运输 K 公司相比,A 公司的客户需求满意度在四个方面低于竞争对手。这四个 方面分别为:产品多样性不足、运输价格竞争力不足、运输方案专业性不足、 运输准时达到率不足。本文针对这四个问题的成因进行了剖析。找到问题成因 后,文中给出了针对每个问题的优化方案,从四个方面进行优化:提升产品多 样性、增加运价竞争力,提高运输方案专业性和提升准时到达率。 最后,文章对国际物流运输方案优化提供了措施和保障。主要从公司政策 的调整上和建立员工激励措施上着手进行。在政策上公司建立了由总公司管理 层直接管理的产品部门组织架构,由产品部门进行全国产品统一采购和供应商 成本统一管理。在员工激励措施上,针对物流公司员工建立了一套明确的奖惩 机制,用以衡量物流方案是否符合客户需求,以及监督优化方案的实施是否取 得了预期的效果。  
英文摘要:International Transportation is the industry along with the development of International Trade. The main duty of international transportation is as a bridge between shipper and consignee by traditional Sea Freight transport, Air Freight transport and the newly Rail Freight transport, cross Continental Road Freight transport to ensure cargo safety transit from origin to destination. Different with simple transportation mode in the 90’s when is the international transportation just raised, the Globalization and the development of International transportation resulted in the demands of individual customization becoming more and more popular. From the same customer it still has different transportation requirement when considering different shipping order and different commodity. The customized transportation solution based on customer’s requirement is going to be the inevitable trend as well as the potential direction of development. This thesis by collecting customer’s feedback of questionnaire survey to investigate the current status of the transportation solution of A Logistics Company. Based on analysing the result of customer’s questionnaire survey the author investigate four root causes of why the overall score of A Logistics Company is lower than the competitor K. The four reasons are lack of diversity of product, less competitiveness of price, insufficient speciality of solution and the low on time delivery ratio. Meanwhile, the author provided the corrective action plan of how to improve the score by deep diving the root cause as well as enhancing the competitiveness of A company to optimize the transportation solution By the end, the author provided how to ensure the optimization be smoothly and successfully implemented. Mainly from two ways, one is the organization and policy change by set up a special purchase team, the other is create a new criterion of stuff motivation.
