中文摘要：	公务航空既是通用航空也是民用航空运输业的重要组成部分。公共航空的飞行航线和飞行时刻相对固定，而公务航空则是更为突出个性化的量身订制，根据客户的特殊旅行需求提供定制化的飞行航线、时刻、餐食等等。相对于公共航空而言，公务航空效率更高，舒适与私密性高、安全灵活，并且可为使用公务机的企业做抵押贷款，也可以为企业提高知名度。 天津宜捷海特公司通用航空服务有限公司是一家中外合资企业，由瑞士的Execujet与天津海特飞机维修公司于2010年合资成立，公司位于天津滨海国际机场内，是一家为公务机提供维护，维修，大修的现代化企业。为天津、北京以及整个大中华地区提供一系列航空服务。天津宜捷海特公司拥有中国民航局、美国联邦航空局、欧洲民航局等民航局的维修认证许可，是达索猎鹰（Dassault Falcon）、庞巴迪（Bombardier）、巴西航空（Embraer）等公务机制造商的授权服务中心，同时，天津宜捷海特公司还提供湾流（Gulfstream）公务机的航线维护和定检维修支持。 本文首先阐述了研究背景及研究意义，通过近几年天津宜捷海特公司的维修工时数据分析，利用PEST分析和五力模型，宏观分析产业环境和企业内部环境；利用SWOT分析法，明确行业环境中的优劣势。通过企业走访，参观天津宜捷海特公司现代化机库，对话天津宜捷海特公司总经理Paul Desgrosseilliers先生，分析当前公务航空的发展形势，探讨天津宜捷海特公司未来的发展方向。分析天津宜捷海特公司作为合资企业如何利用自身优势打通国内外的市场，如何在后疫情时代以及公务航空不景气的时代背景下巩固国内公务机MRO的领先地位。基于以上分析，本文提出了集中多元化的基本发展战略，辅以企业并购和合作伙伴战略。在开发相关维修能力的同时，通过服务买卖二手飞机进入售前市场。 在战略实施方面提出了并购相关企业，关注最新飞机维护技术，该项研究对于天津宜捷海特公司今后的战略发展具有一定参考性的理论意义和实践价值。
英文摘要：	Business aviation is an important part of general aviation and civil aviation transportation industry. The routes and schedule of public aviation are relatively fixed. However, business aviation is more personalized and tailored. According to the special travel demands of customers, it provides customized routes, schedule and meals, etc. compared with public aviation, business aviation is more efficient, safer, more comfortable, more private, more secure and more flexible. It can also address mortgage loan for the enterprises who own business jets and make the enterprises famous. Execujet Haite General Aviation Services Co., Ltd is a sino- foregin joint venture established in 2010 by Swiss Execujet and Tianjin Haite Aircraft Maintenance Co., Ltd located at Tianjin Binhai International Airport, providing maintenance, repair and overhaul for business jets. It provides a range of air services to Tianjin, Beijing, and the entire Grand China area. Execujet Haite is authorized by Civil Aviation Administration of China, Federal Aviation Administration of the United States, Civil Aviation Administration of Europe and other civil aviation authorities. It is an authorized service center for business jet manufactures such as Dassault Falcon, Bombardier, Embraer, and so on. Execujet Haite also offers line and base maintenance on Gulfstream. Execujet Haite also provides route maintenance and maintenance support for Gulfstream business jets. This thesis firstly describes the research background and research significance, through the data analysis of Execujet Haite maintenance data in recent years, combined with PEST analysis and Five Forces Model, analyzed the macro industrial environment and enterprise internal environment; Utilizing SWOT analysis, identify the strength and weakness of the industry environment. I visited the modern hangar of Execujet Haite and had a conversation with Mr. Paul Desgrosseilliers, the General Manager of Execujet Haite, analyzed the current status of business aviation and the future development direction of Execujet Haite, how Execujet Haite, can take advantage of its strength to get through the domestic and foreign markets, and how to consolidate its leading position in the domestic MRO business jet in the post-epidemic era and the recession of business aviation. Based on the above analysis, this assignment puts forward the basic development strategy of concentration, supplemented by enterprise merger and acquisition and partnership strategy. While developing relevant maintenance capabilities, it will enter the pre-sale market through the sale of used aircraft through services. In the aspect of strategy implementation, it proposes to acquire related enterprises and pay attention to the latest aircraft maintenance technology. This research has certain theoretical significance and practical value for the future strategic development of Execujet Haite.
