| 中文摘要: | 摘要 近年来,我国饲养宠物的家庭越来越多,宠物猫犬数量大幅增加,宠物消费品市场迎来了飞速发展期。伴随着宠物数量的增加,宠物的监管问题及防疫问题日益突出,成为城市管理不得不解决的问题。智宠云平台作为一个为政府宠物监管部门提供宠物智能管理解决方案并向宠物主提供智能养宠设备销售为主,其他消费品销售为辅的平台,如何抓住宠物消费品快速发展良机,在竞争环境中站稳脚跟并获得更好的发展,研究并设计符合智宠云平台的商业模式至关重要。 商业模式是企业的经营形态的描述,是企业获得核心竞争力和可持续竞争优势的基础。本文以智宠云平台作为研究对象,用案例研究法,通过对智宠云平台内外部环境的分析,结合自身的核心资源,设计智宠云平台的商业模式,帮助智宠云平台更清晰、全面、系统的探索其价值创造与价值传递以及价值获取的问题并突破当前面临的挑战。同时,智宠云平台的商业设计研究可为行业内的现存企业和新创企业的发展提供借鉴。 本文描述了论文的研究背景及研究意义,回顾了商业模式的相关理念及分析工具,介绍了智宠云平台的功能及智能标识产品。从其所处的行业出发,利用PEST分析了外部宏观环境、用波特五力模型分析了行业竞争格局并分析了智宠云的发展现状及面临的挑战。从解决困境及挑战出发,以客户视角作为商业模式设计的指导性原则,利用商业画布作为分析工具,通过分析商业画布的九大模块,研究智宠云平台价值创造、价值传递、价值获取的问题。通过鲜明的针对不同客户群体的价值创造,为企业和客户创造更高的价值。分析智宠云平台核心资源和关键业务的同时构建了能够支撑价值传递的渠道通路和重要合作,然后分析智宠云平台的价值获取方式,最终形成符合智宠云平台现阶段发展的商业模式。 鉴于智宠云平台属于新兴行业,其商业模式在具体落地实施过程中必然会受到诸多不确定因素的干扰,同时智宠云作为创业型项目,商业模式在实施过程中可能会遇到一些障碍,因此论文从企业文化、激励机制、财务管理等方面提出了商业模式实施的相应保障措施。 关键词:商业模式;价值创造;价值传递;价值获取 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract In recent years, the number of pet cats and dogs in our country has increased significantly,and the pet consumables market has entered a period of rapid development.With the increase of the number of pets, pet supervision and epidemic prevention problems are becoming increasingly prominent. As a platform that provides smart management solutions for pet regulatory authorities of the government and provides pet owners with intelligent pet keeping equipment sales, supplemented by sales of other consumer goods, how to seize the opportunity of rapid development of pet consumer goods, stand firm in the competitive environment and achieve better development? It is important to research and design a business model in line with the smart Pets cloud platform. Business model is the description of the business form of an enterprise, and it is the basis for an enterprise to obtain core competitiveness and sustainable competitive advantage.This thesis based on the smart pets cloud platform as the research object, using the case method, through the analysis of the internal and external environment of smart pet cloud platform, combining with its core resources, design business model of pet cloud platform,To help the pet cloud platform explore its value creation, value delivery and value acquisition in a more clear, comprehensive and systematic way and break through the current challenges.At the same time, the business model design and research of smart Pet cloud platform can provide reference for the development of existing enterprises and new enterprises in the industry. This thesis describes the research background and research significance of the thesis, reviews the relevant concepts and analysis tools of the business model,The functions of the smart pet cloud platform and intelligent labeling products are introduced.Its external macro environment is analyzed with PEST and the competitive pattern of the industry is analyzed with Porter's Five Forces Model.This thesis also analyzes the development status and challenges of the smart pet cloud.Based on solving difficulties and challenges, the customer perspective is taken as the guiding principle of business model design, and the commercial canvas is used as an analysis tool to study the problems of value creation, value transmission and value acquisition of the smart pet cloud platform by analyzing the nine modules of the commercial canvas.Through distinct value creation for different customer groups, to create higher value for the enterprise and customers. By analyzing the core resources and key businesses of the smart pet cloud platform, we build channels and important cooperation that can support value transmission. Then, we analyze the value acquisition methods of the smart pet cloud platform, and finally design a business model with the current development of it. Considering the smart pet cloud platform belongs to the emerging industry,Its business model in specific implementation process will inevitably be many uncertain factors, Therefore, the thesis puts forward the corresponding guarantee measures from the aspects of enterprise culture, incentive mechanism, financial management and so on.
