中文摘要: 当前,科学技术日新月异,社会竞争日趋激烈,随着我国国民收入的增加和人口素质的提高,越来越多的普通大众认识到了教育的重要性。然而,我国当下的基础教育体系下,不能兼顾到每个学生的成长,为了让自己孩子能有更全面的发展,秉承着精英教育意识,越来越多的家长对子女教育的个性化需求日趋强烈。 本文以天津PX教育管理有限公司(以下简称“PX教育”)这一小微企业为研究对象,该公司发展规模小,品牌影响力低,财务实力不足。在这样的条件下,本文通过相关战略管理理论和分析工具,运用PEST分析、波特五力模型分析等方法分析了PX教育目前所处的K12教育产业的外部环境,了解到该公司有着良好的宏观发展环境,无论是政策支持,还是经济保证,还是消费者重视,以及产业技术升级的提升等,都为K12教育培训提供了良好的生存土壤,但该市场上市场竞争者众多,使得PX教育面临着严峻的经营竞争威胁。同时,通过对PX教育的内部环境分析,梳理出PX教育可利用的资源与能力,再利用SWOT分析工具分析出PX教育目前的外部机会与威胁,内部优势与劣势,进而设计了适合PX教育发展的竞争战略定位。 在战略定位和发展目标的指引下,制定了适合PX教育发展的竞争战略,即聚焦差异化战略,最后提出了具体竞争战略的实施办法,以及全文的研究结论和展望。借助此研究为K12教育培训市场,小微型创业教育企业更好的生存发展提供一定的的理论指导和实践支持。  
英文摘要: At present, science and technology change with each passing day, social competition is becoming increasingly fierce, with the increase of our national income and the improvement of the quality of the population, more and more ordinary people have realized the importance of education. However, under the current basic education system in China, the growth of every student cannot be taken into account. In order to make their children have a more comprehensive development, more and more parents, adhering to the awareness of elite education, have increasingly strong personalized needs for their children's education. This paper takes Tianjin PX Education and Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "PX Education"), a small and micro enterprise, as the research object. The company has a small development scale, low brand influence and insufficient financial strength. Under such circumstances, this article through the analysis of the related theory and strategic management tool, using PEST analysis, porter five model analysis methods to analyze the PX education currently in K12 education industry of the external environment, know the development the company has a good macro environment, whether it be a policy support, and economic guarantee, as well as consumers, As well as the upgrading of industrial technology, K12 education and training have provided a good survival soil, but the market is crowded with competitors, making PX education is facing severe business competition threat. At the same time, through the analysis of the internal environment of PX education, the available resources and capabilities of PX education are sorted out, and the external opportunities and threats, internal strengths and weaknesses of PX education are analyzed by using the SWOT analysis tool, and then the competitive strategic positioning suitable for the development of PX education is designed. Under the guidance of strategic positioning and development objectives, a competitive strategy suitable for the development of PX education, namely focusing on differentiation strategy, is formulated. Finally, the implementation methods of specific competitive strategy are put forward, as well as the research conclusions and prospects of the full text. With the help of this research, it provides certain theoretical guidance and practical support for the better survival and development of K12 education and training market and small and micro entrepreneurial education enterprises.
