中文摘要:熊彼特经典创新理论指出,创新是公司得以生存发展的重要原动力;而高阶理论的有限理性假定指出,高层管理者的背景特征对企业战略制定有着决定性的作用。对所有企业尤其是高科技企业而言,如果想要通过实施创新战略来维持其自身的持续健康发展,那就离不开其高层管理者团队的战略决策。因此,研究高管团队的背景及异质性特征对企业创新投资强度有什么样的影响,就有着重要的现实意义。 近几年来,随着国家层面的资源倾斜与政策鼓励,我国高新技术领域的竞争逐渐白热化,我国相关领域的高科技企业在飞速发展的同时也正面临越来越激烈的竞争市场环境。产品市场竞争程度作为企业外部环境的重要变量,其势必对不同背景特征的高管施加不同程度的影响,进而改变高管的价值判断与决策制定,最终对企业创新战略的制定造成影响。因此,高科技企业的创新投资强度不仅受到公司内部高管团队背景及异质性特征影响,同时与各自外部行业的竞争因素关系紧密。基于此背景,本文结合公司内部与行业外部两方面因素,通过实证分析研究了高科技企业高管团队背景及异质性特征在产品市场竞争的调节作用下,对企业创新投资决策的影响。在熊彼特创新理论、高阶理论和资源基础理论分析框架下,本文根据国家指定的高新技术领域将高科技企业划分为七大行业,并分别计算获得了各个行业的产品市场竞争指数,通过实证检验分析了2019年的数据,得到结论:(1)高科技企业高管团队年龄特征与创新投入成反向关系,学历背景特征与创新投入成正向关系,即年轻化、高学历的管理者更倾向于加强企业的创新投入活动;(2)高科技企业高管团队年龄异质性特征与学历背景异质性特征与创新投入成反向关系,即异质性程度较低的管理团队在管理效率上更能取得一致性,能够提高管理效率,加强企业的创新投入决策。(3)高科技行业领域的产品市场竞争对高管团队特征与企业创新投入的正向关系起到抑制作用,同时会加深负向关系。本文的研究结论为我国相关领域内的高科技企业的创新战略布局提供了一定的参考意见,并指出了外部激烈产品市场竞争环境会对企业高管决策产生的影响,也为政府进行宏观政策调控提供了决策依据。  
英文摘要:Schumpeter’s classic innovation theory points out that innovation is an important driving force for the survival and development of a company; and the bounded rationality assumption of higher-order theory points out that the background characteristics of senior managers play a decisive role in the formulation of corporate strategies. For all companies, especially high-tech companies, if they want to implement innovation strategies to maintain their own sustainable and healthy development, they cannot do without the strategic decisions of their senior management team. Therefore, it has important practical significance to study the impact of the background and heterogeneous characteristics of the senior management team on the intensity of corporate innovation investment. In recent years, with the national level of resource tilt and policy encouragement, competition in my country's high-tech fields has gradually intensified. High-tech enterprises in related fields in my country are facing increasingly fierce competitive market environment while developing rapidly. The degree of product market competition is an important variable in the external environment of a company, and it is bound to exert varying degrees of influence on executives with different background characteristics, thereby changing the value judgment and decision-making of executives, and ultimately affecting the formulation of corporate innovation strategies. Therefore, the innovation investment intensity of high-tech companies is not only affected by the background and heterogeneous characteristics of the company's internal senior management team, but also closely related to the competition factors of their respective external industries. Based on this background, this article combines the company's internal and industry external factors, through empirical analysis to study the influence of the background and heterogeneous characteristics of the high-tech enterprise's senior management team on the enterprise's innovation investment decision under the regulation of product market competition. Under the analysis framework of Schumpeter’s innovation theory, high-level theory and resource-based theory, this paper divides high-tech enterprises into seven major industries according to the high-tech fields designated by the state, and respectively calculates the product market competition index of each industry. The empirical test analyzed the data in 2019 and concluded: (1) The age characteristics of the senior management team of high-tech companies have an inverse relationship with innovation investment, and the educational background characteristics have a positive relationship with innovation investment, that is, young, highly educated managers It is more inclined to strengthen the innovation investment activities of enterprises; (2) The age heterogeneity characteristics of the senior management team of high-tech enterprises and the educational background heterogeneity characteristics have an inverse relationship with the innovation investment, that is, the management team with a low degree of heterogeneity The management efficiency can be more consistent, which can improve management efficiency and strengthen the enterprise's innovation investment decision-making. (3) Product market competition in high-tech industries inhibits the positive relationship between the characteristics of the senior management team and the company's innovation investment, and at the same time deepens the negative relationship. The research conclusions of this paper provide certain reference opinions for the innovative strategic layout of high-tech enterprises in related fields in our country, and point out the impact of the external fierce product market competition environment on the decision-making of corporate executives, and also for the government to carry out macro policy control Provide a basis for decision-making.
