中文摘要:当今世界经济全球化进程不断推进,许多专门从事进出口业务的国际贸易 公司也应运而生。在许多工业企业中,一些技术性较强的工业设备不得不依赖 于进口的方式进行采购,因此进口采购管理对企业的生产运营起到决定性的作 用。随着市场对于产品质量和生产效率要求不断增加,工业企业对于进口设备 的需求也不断增强,企业的进口采购管理能力以及采购效率将对企业未来的发 展影响重大。本文的主要研究对象 AG 公司是国内某大型钢铁集团公司的国际贸 易子公司,主要从事进出口贸易业务,代理钢铁集团公司出口销售钢铁及其他 工业类产品,并进口采购工业用设备和备件以满足集团的生产需求。AG 公司所 从事的工业设备进口采购不同于一般的国内采购模式,还存在着一些进口采购 的特点。在现代企业管理中采购管理所扮演的角色日益重要,因此对于进口采 购管理的优化研究对于 AG 公司的整体发展有着重大的意义。 本文的研究目的在于通过对 AG 公司工业设备进口采购管理的现状分析,找 到 AG 目前工业设备进口采购管理方面存在的问题,并提出相应的优化策略,提 高 AG 公司进口采购工作的质量和效率。本文首先简要介绍了 AG 公司的基本情 况和工业设备进口采购管理的现状,通过面对面交流的方式对 AG 公司进口采购 部门的员工开展了访谈,并根据 AG 公司的采购管理现状从内部管理、外部合作 和业务执行三个层面对 AG 公司进行分析,结合员工访谈的结果总结出 AG 公司 工业设备进口采购管理在三个层面中主要存在的问题分别是采购组织管理制度 问题、供应商管理问题和合同管理问题。紧接着本文针对这三个问题展开深入 研究,根据每个问题逐一提出了相应的优化策略,并在提出的优化策略基础上 进一步提出了优化保障措施,确保优化策略的切实可行。 在不同行业的生产企业中,设备的采购管理工作可能不尽然相同。然而 AG 公司作为钢铁集团旗下的国际贸易公司,与同类型国际贸易公司的进口采购业 务存在着一定的共同点,本文对 AG 公司工业设备进口采购管理的优化研究能够 为同样从事此类业务的国际贸易公司在进口采购管理方面提供参考。 
英文摘要:Nowadays world economic globalization process advances constantly, and many international trade companies have also emerged. In many industrial enterprises, some highly technical equipment cannot be acquired in domestic market. Therefore, the management of import procurement also plays a decisive role in the production and operation of the enterprise. With the increasing market requirements for product quality and production efficiency, industrial enterprises' demand for imported equipment has also continued to increase. The import procurement management capabilities and procurement efficiency of enterprises will have a significant impact on the future development of enterprises. The main research object of this article is the international trading subsidiary of a large domestic steel group company. It is mainly engaged in import and export trade. It acts as an agent for the steel group company’s export and sales of steel and other industrial products, and imports and purchases industrial equipment and spare parts to meet Group’s production needs. The import procurement of industrial equipment that AG is engaged in is different from the general domestic procurement model, and there are still some characteristics of import procurement. Purchasing management plays an increasingly important role in modern enterprise management, so the optimization research on import purchasing management is of great significance to the overall development of AG. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of AG industrial equipment import procurement management, find out the existing problems of AG current industrial equipment import procurement management, and propose corresponding import procurement management optimization strategies and optimization safeguard measures to improve AG import procurement The quality and efficiency of the work. This article first briefly introduces the basic situation of AG company and the status quo of AG company’s industrial equipment import procurement management. Through face-to-face interviews, surveys are carried out on the employees of AG company import procurement department, and based on the survey results, the AG company’s industrial equipment import procurement is summarized. The main problems of management in the three aspects of procurement organization mechanism, procurement supplier management and procurement contract management. Immediately after this article, we carried out in-depth research on these three issues, proposed corresponding optimization strategies one by one according to each problem, and further proposed optimization safeguard measures on the basis of the proposed optimization strategies to ensure the practicability of the optimization strategies. In different manufacturing companies, the procurement management of equipment may not be the same. However, as an international trade company in the iron and steel group, AG company has certain similarities with the import procurement business of the same type of international trade company. Therefore, the optimization study of AG industrial equipment import procurement management in this thesis can be used for the same type of business and provide reference for import procurement management.
