中文摘要：	随着全球新一轮的工业革命的不断深化和“互联网+”的不断推动下，工业互联网走入世界各国的发展战略中，工业互联网平台服务于企业转型升级，既面临绝佳的发展机遇，也面临极大的竞争挑战，平台如何通过战略制定在快速发展行业中获取、保持行业领先地位，是非常值得关注和研究的课题。卡奥斯工业互联网平台作为中国工业互联网平台的先驱和领导者，经过多年的发展，具有一定的发展基础和资源能力但也存在一些问题，各企业纷纷进入工业互联网平台，面临巨大的竞争压力。当前，卡奥斯正处于快速发展的关键期，如何通过战略制定、塑造差异化商业模式、练就强大竞争能力，是卡奥斯需要研究并解决的重大问题。 本文以卡奥斯工业互联网平台为研究对象，对平台所面临的外部环境和内部条件进行分析，总结了该平台面临的外部机遇和威胁，分析了其自身的竞争优势和劣势，通过SWOT分析确定平台的战略选型为扩张型战略。在此基础上，对卡奥斯工业互联网平台制定使命愿景，致力于为中国“智造”贡献一个世界级工业互联网平台，设定赋能平台、孵化平台和双创平台的战略定位；然后设定战略目标、战略路径等总体战略以及生态体系、商业模式、技术架构、模块赋能等业务战略，并进一步提出“深耕三个市场领域”、“提升四大能力禀赋”、“夯实两大竞争优势”等三大战略举措。最后，为确保发展战略的有效执行，建议加强人才体系建设、深化企业联盟机制、强化战略管理工作和加强企业文化宣传等四大保障措施。 希望本研究有助于保持卡奥斯工业互联网平台的领先地位，为中国传统制造业更好地理解、构建和参与工业互联网平台提供一个详细的分析案例。
英文摘要：	With the deepening of the new round of industrial revolution and the continuous promotion of "Internet plus", the industrial Internet has entered the development strategy of all countries in the world. The industrial Internet platform serving the transformation and upgrading of enterprises is facing both excellent development opportunities and great competition challenges. How can the platform acquire and maintain the leading position in the fast developing industry through strategy formulation? It is a subject worthy of attention and research. As the pioneer and leader of China's industrial Internet platform, after years of development, COSMOPlat industrial Internet platform has a certain development foundation and resource capacity, but at the same time, all kinds of enterprises have entered the industrial Internet platform, facing huge competitive pressure. At present, COSMOPlat is in a critical period of rapid development. How to make strategies, shape differentiated business models, and develop strong competitiveness is a major problem that COSMOPlat needs to study and solve. This thesis takes COSMOPlat industrial Internet platform as the research object, analyzes the external environment and internal conditions faced by the platform, summarizes the external opportunities and threats faced by the development of the platform, analyzes its own competitive advantages and disadvantages, and determines the strategic selection of the platform as expansion strategy through SWOT analysis. On this basis, the mission vision of COSMOPlat industrial Internet platform is formulated, and the strategic positioning of enabling platform, incubation platform and innovation and entrepreneurship platform is set; Then set the overall strategy such as strategic objectives and strategic path, as well as the business strategy such as ecosystem, business model, technical architecture and module empowerment, and further put forward three strategic initiatives such as "deep cultivation of three market areas", "enhancement of four ability endowments" and "consolidation of two competitive advantages". Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy, it is suggested to strengthen the construction of talent system, deepen the mechanism of enterprise alliance, strengthen the strategic management and strengthen the publicity of enterprise culture. It is hoped that the research of this thesis will help COSMOPlat industrial Internet platform to maintain its leading position, and also provide a detailed analysis case for China's traditional manufacturing industry to deeply understand, build and participate in the industrial Internet platform.
