中文摘要：	伴随我国经济的迅速深入发展，企业在市场竞争中面临的变化因素也越来越多，增加了企业日常运营的各种风险，要想尽可能规避，就必须从风险管理角度出发，对各类组织与企业的抵抗风险的能力进行提升。在当前的市场环境下，要实现企业目标并且在日益加强的市场竞争中稳住阵脚，就必须把风险管理作为企业日常管理的重要一环，进一步加强企业对各项不确定性风险的控制。但是，在风险管理理论与企业实际结合时，很多企业存在风险管理体系不落地、难执行等问题。 论文结合工作实践，力求对风险管理的内涵进行阐述，通过分析P公司所在集团，发生重大风险事故后根据多种风险管理模型及标准，建立起了初步的风险管理体系，但在传统低效的经营管理模式和企业员工风险管理意识淡薄的环境中，该企业风险管理体系的落地存在大量问题，尤其是实际执行效果与风险管理目标存在较大差距。针对遇到的问题提出相应的风险管理改进策略，意在为同类型企业提供建设性措施和制度探索。 本文通过对风险管理历史发展脉络及理论回顾，以及当前各个国家及组织发布的风险管理理论及标准进行研究，通过解读各种风险管理框架及标准的内在特征和底层逻辑，试图对当前P公司的风险管理体系通过案例分析法、文献研究法等方法，对P公司当前的风险管理现状进行梳理，找出问题并解析原因。然后通过对经典风险管理理论的比较研究，提出P公司风险管理的改进策略，力图使P公司的风险管理体系得以实际执行和落地，使风险管理的作用得到真正的发挥，从而达成P公司风险管理体系的目的，以及企业的战略目标和经营目标。最后通过对风险管理改进策略的执行与实践，展示风险管理改进策略的成果。
英文摘要：	Abstract With the rapid and in-depth development of my country’s economy, companies are facing more and more change factors in market competition, increasing various risks in their daily operations. If they want to avoid as much as possible, they must start from the perspective of risk management. The ability of organizations and enterprises to resist risks is improved. In the current market environment, in order to achieve corporate goals and gain a foothold in the ever-increasing market competition, risk management must be regarded as an important part of corporate daily management, and the corporate control of various uncertain risks must be further strengthened. However, when risk management theory is combined with enterprise practice, many companies have problems such as failure to implement risk management systems and difficulty in implementation. Combining work practice, the thesis strives to elaborate on the connotation of risk management. By analyzing the group of company P, according to various risk management models and standards after major risk accidents,, a preliminary risk management system has been established. However, in an environment where the traditional inefficient operation and management model and the low awareness of risk management among employees, there are a lot of problems in the implementation of the enterprise risk management system, especially the actual implementation effect. There is a big gap with the risk management goal. According to the problems encountered, the corresponding risk management improvement strategy is proposed, which is intended to provide constructive measures and system exploration for the same type of enterprises. This paper reviews the historical development context and theory of risk management, as well as the current risk management theories and standards issued by various countries and organizations, and attempts to analyze the inherent characteristics and underlying logic of various risk management frameworks and standards. The risk management system uses case analysis, literature research and other methods to sort out the current risk management status of P company, find out the problems and analyze the reasons. Then through the comparative study of classic risk management theories, the improvement strategy of P company's risk management is proposed, and P company's risk management system can be actually implemented and implemented, so that the role of risk management can be truly played, so as to achieve the purpose of P company's risk management, as well as the company's strategic goals and business goals. Finally, through the implementation and practice of the risk management improvement strategy, the results of the risk management improvement strategy are displayed.
