中文摘要: | 随着互联网技术应用的不断提升和普及,人们对电商平台的认知和使用达到了前所未有的程度,平台应用也从民用快速向工业等其他领域渗透。面对潜力巨大的工业品电商市场,各大玩家已经或正在加速入场,通过尝试创新和丰富各种商业模式来吸引流量抢占先机。本文以E工业品电商平台的供应链输出商业模式为研究对象,通过对该模式价值体系的分析和评估,尝试找出E平台企业现阶段运营过程中一些主要问题的症结所在,并提出应对策略。 本文主要使用案例分析法、文献综述法、和比较研究法,首先概述了国内工业品电商平台的主要商业模式,并介绍了案例企业E工业品电商平台的背景,现阶段商业模式的运营情况,以及存在的问题。继而通过商业画布理论,从客户细分、客户关系、渠道通路、价值主张、关键业务、核心资源、重要合作、成本结构和收入来源九个方面,多角度讨论了案例企业正在运营的商业模式。再利用SWOT模型,基于商业画布的分析结果,评估出案例企业商业模式的优势、劣势、机会、以及威胁。最后,根据分析和评估结果,对该电商平台的商业模式从强化价值主张、侧重核心资源、挖潜重要合作、调整客户细分以及改善关键业务五个方面,提出改进方案和应对策略。 本研究的主要目的,是对E电商平台企业供应链输出商业模式的分析和评估,探讨如何将该企业的供应链领先优势,真正有效的转嫁到平台经济中,并与高效、优质的平台服务需求进行匹配。同时也可以对相关平台企业起到借鉴作用。 | |
英文摘要: | Along with the development of internet technology application, people have a better understanding and acceptance to the E-commerce platform, and the application spread quickly from civilian to industrial area. Facing the huge potential market of industrial E-business, numbers of investors are getting into or have engaged in this area in a rush for grabbing market share by trying new business models. This article mainly analyze and studies on supply chain output business model of “E” industrial E-business platform, and trying to find out its key problems under the business model practice, with improvement strategies proposed thereafter. By using case analysis, literature review, and comparative research, this article begins with summarization of main business models in current Chinese industrial E-business platforms, and introduces the background, developing status, and potential problems of “E” platform. Secondly, the article analysis the case by Business Model Canvas theory of its nine sectors: customer segments, customer relationships, channels, value propositions, key activities, key resources, key partnerships, cost structure, and revenue streams. Based on the above analysis results, the SWOT model is then used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of “E” platform business model. At last, the article gives improvement strategies on value propositions, key resources, key partnerships, customer segments and key activities for the business model of “E” platform by the results of analysis and evaluation. The purpose of this study is analyzing and evaluating the business model of “E” platform, probing how to transfer and magnify the leading advantages of the core company in its supply chain into the platform economy, and matching with the efficient platform service in need, which could be referenced for relevant platform companies as well. | |
