| 中文摘要: | 摘要 金融科技一词近年来被频繁提及,金融科技企业也不断涌现,这个建立在新型信息技术基础上的新型产业被时代推动着前行。金融科技是技术赋能的金融,也是金融依托的技术,二者不分彼此,相辅相成。金融科技映射进金融业的各个领域,而银行在受其挑战的同时,正欲主动拥抱转型。 本文以CJXE金融科技公司为研究对象,该企业属于银行系金融科技企业,目标客户聚焦于银行业市场,拥有多年银行金融系统建设经验。但是,公司新设不久,正处于扩张发展期,企业的战略规划并不详尽、管理水平有待提高、人才队伍亟待建设、创新能力有待加强。论文结合企业实际情况,应用基本竞争战略等战略管理相关理论和PEST、波特五力模型、价值链模型,对该企业的一般环境、产业环境、内部环境进行综合分析,得出企业内部所存的优势和劣势,外部面临的机会与威胁,从而为最终战略选择提供基本信息。本文对成本领先、聚焦、差异化三种基本竞争战略分别做了可行性分析,最终选择差异化战略,并从产品、服务、品牌三个方面论述了这一战略的实施方向。最后从技术研发、产品设计开发、服务能力、市场营销几个方面提出战略实施建议并提出了人力资源、管理能力、企业文化、财务能力几个角度的战略实施保障措施。 论文综合运用了文献研究法、案例分析法,理论与实际相结合,希望研究结果能为CJXE金融科技公司的战略选择与实施提出可行性建议,同时为面向银行客户的金融科技企业提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract The term fintech has been frequently mentioned in recent years, and fintech companies have continued to emerge. This new industry which is based on new information technology is being pushed forward by the era. Fintech is technology-enabled finance, and it is also a technology that finance relies on. The two complement each other and help each other to develop. Fintech is reflected in all areas of the financial industry, and banks are actively welcoming transformation while being challenged by them. This thesis takes CJXE Fintech Co., Ltd. as the research object, which is a fintech company that comes from a bank’s information technology department. Its target customers are various banks in the mainland China, and it has many years of experience in the construction of banking financial systems. However, as a young enterprise, the company has quite a few problems, such as the lack of detailed strategic plans and necessary talents, low management level, as well as weak innovation ability. The work closely researches the actual situation of the company, applies basic competitive strategies and other related strategic management theories such as PEST, Porter’s five forces model, value chain model, etc., and comprehensively analyzes the company’s general environment, industrial environment, and internal environment. With the information mentioned above, advantages and disadvantages within the enterprise are clarified, at the same time, opportunities and threats from the outside are determined. What’s more, the combination of theory and practice provides critical information for how to make a choice when it comes to the company’s competitive strategy, which helps to analyze the feasibility of three fundamental competitive strategies: overall leadership, focus, and differentiation. After that, a differentiation strategy was selected, and it was explained from three aspects: product, service, and brand. Finally, more specific suggestions are put forward to help with the implementation of the strategy from the angles of technology, product, service, and marketing. Furthermore, advices from talents, management, company’s culture, and finance are given to assist the enforcement of the differentiation strategy. The thesis comprehensively uses the literature research method as well as case analysis method. It is hoped that the outcomes can give feasible suggestions for the strategic selection and implementation of CJXE Fintech Co., Ltd., and offer references for financial technology companies that aims to serve the banking industry. | |
