| 中文摘要: | 企业进行战略投资与企业内部成长的传统方式相比而言,寻找符合企业战略规划的优质目标公司并进行战略投资能够更迅速在目标领域占有一席之地。随着我国市场的成熟度越来越高,企业之间早已不仅是单纯的竞争关系,企业进行战略投资所带来技术和资本等层面的协同效应被越来越多的企业关注并应用。相比起传统意义上的风险投资,企业战略投资在各个方面都有明显的区别,包括但不限于动机、结构以及激励。这一手段是否能够真正发挥其应有的作用,关键是看企业应用在哪里以及如何应用。当前企业进行的投资行为大多仅停留在关注于财务回报层面,而如何正确的使用企业战略投资,更好的辅助实现企业自身的战略规划,提高企业的核心竞争力,是当前企业应该更为关注的事情。 本论文首先从企业供应链战略的角度,以XM公司为研究对象,以互联网科技行业为研究背景,结合企业内部自身的实际情况及定位和外部市场及行业的发展趋势,运用企业竞争力分析方法分析识别出XM公司的优劣势,归纳总结出对供应链端的把控对其企业发展的重要性,并提出XM公司进行企业战略投资的总体投资策略及决策依据。进一步拆解其供应链上下游分为原材料端、产品生产端以及产品销售端,并将上述三方面目前面临的主要问题进行总结提出,结合XM公司以解决上述供应链端问题而进行的一系列投资行为进行比对和案例分析。 接着对其近年来进行的企业战略投资行为进行分析,根据其进行企业战略投资的动机和行为,试图分析这一系列投资行为的成效以及解决的问题。就解决的问题、投资决策的实际落地以及企业的经营情况的进行总结。 XM公司所处的互联网科技行业本身即为新兴产业,当前的市场发展又瞬息万变,既要求企业在细分领域有所建树,又要求对企业运营流程的重要环节掌握在手中不至于受制于人。本论文创新性的将企业经营的视角转向主营业务之外,将XM公司进行供应链战略投资的行为进行剖析,得出其是使XM公司能够保持长期高竞争力的重要原因之一,并总结出其的战略投资规划和投资逻辑,期望对今后进行供应链领域战略投资行为的企业提供一定的参考依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Compared with the traditional way of enterprise internal growth, the enterprise strategic investment can quickly occupy a place in the target area by making strategic investment in those high-quality target companies which is planned in accordance with enterprise’s strategic development. As China's market is becoming more and more mature, the competition between enterprises is no longer just competition, but also the synergy of technology and capital brought by strategic investment is gradually concerned and applied by enterprises. Compared with the traditional venture capital, there are obvious differences in all aspects of strategic investment, including but not limited to motivation, structure and motivation. The key to whether this means can really play its due role is to see where the enterprise is applied and how to apply it. At present, most of the investment behaviors of enterprises only focus on financial returns. How to correctly use enterprise strategic investment, better assist enterprises to achieve their own strategic planning and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is a matter that enterprises should pay more attention to. Firstly, from the perspective of enterprise supply chain strategy, taking XM company as the research object, and the Internet technology industry as the research background, this thesis uses the enterprise competitiveness analysis method to identify the strengths and weaknesses of XM company so as to summarizes the importance of controlling the supply chain end. This thesis also puts forward the overall investment strategy of XM company's which is based on a detailed analysis. The upstream and downstream of its supply chain are further divided into raw material end, product production end and product sales end. The main problems in the above three aspects are summarized combining with a series of investment behaviors carried out by XM company attemping to solve the above supply chain end problems. Then it analyzes the strategic investment behavior in recent years. According to the motivation and behavior of strategic investment, it tries to analyze the effectiveness of this series of investment behavior. This thesis summarized the problems solved, the promotion of investment decisions and the situation of enterprise management. The Internet technology industry that XM is in is a new industry. The current market development is changing rapidly. It requires enterprises to make achievements in the field, and grasp the essential of enterprise operation process, so as not to be dominated by others. Rather than concentrating on the main bussiness, this thesis innovatively seeks a breakthrough in the external environment. It analyzes the behavior of XM company's supply chain strategic investment, and concludes that it is one of the important reasons for XM company to maintain its long-term high competitiveness, and summarizes its strategic investment planning and investment logic. It is expected to provide some reference for the enterprises that make strategic investment in the field of supply chain in the future. | |
