中文摘要：	近年来，国家一直在关注“三农”工作，奶牛养殖业作为奶业生产链条的基础与重心，是推动奶业发展的重要环节，其发展水平的高低决定了我国奶业甚至健康中国战略的实施，是我国养殖业乃至农业发展的重要组成部分。 充足的资金支持是奶牛养殖业健康发展的首要保障，但由于奶牛养殖企业自身的低利润、缺乏有效担保、缺少抵质押物等因素，导致在我国现有的金融环境下给予奶牛养殖业的支持还不充分，直接抑制了奶牛养殖业的进一步发展。从2005年发展至今，融资租赁以其独特的“融资”和“融物”的特质逐渐渗透到我国的各个行业，为企业发展提供了源源不断的资金支持。但是融资租赁在农业领域的渗透率却一直非常低，尤其是在奶牛养殖行业的应用和研究尚处于起步阶段。生物性资产作为租赁物的模式可以为奶牛养殖业的融资提供一个新的视角和模式，对于企业的融资和发展可以起到积极的促进作用。同时，共同承租人模式运用也可以为企业的融资提供一种参考。鉴于此，开展对融资租赁的创新模式应用于奶牛养殖业，实现融资租赁促进我国奶牛养殖业向稳、向好发展，促进我国奶牛养殖业乃至整个农业产业更好地发展有着现实意义。这一研究将丰富我国融资租赁与奶牛养殖业融资的理论体系，为我国养殖业乃至农业产业融资渠道的拓宽提供研究范本。 本文首先对融资租赁的概念、理论基础、发展现状进行了详细的介绍，整体介绍了融资租赁当前的发展状态。其次客观分析了融资租赁公司在奶牛养殖业、农业的渗透率较低，融资租赁在奶牛养殖业存在的问题和现状。然后通过选用融资租赁公司在S奶牛养殖企业的应用案例，具体分析了企业的财务情况、风险点、问题点，给出了具体的解决方案。本文重点分析了生物性资产作为租赁物和共同承租人的模式，并给出了具体的实际应用建议。最后对奶牛养殖S企业案例进行了正面效果评价，并结合问题从融资租赁公司和宏观的层面给出了相应的建议。 通过本文的研究，期待能够为奶牛养殖业乃至我国的农业产业解决融资难题提供些许的理论依据和借鉴。 关键词：融资租赁；奶牛养殖业；农业
英文摘要：	In recent years, China has been paying attention to the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". As the basis and focus of the dairy production chain, dairy industry is an important link to promote the development of dairy industry. Its development level determines the implementation of China's dairy industry and even healthy China strategy. It is an important part of China's dairy industry and even agricultural development. Sufficient financial support is the primary guarantee for the healthy development of dairy industry. However, due to the low profit, lack of effective guarantee, lack of collateral and other factors of dairy enterprises, the support for dairy industry is not sufficient under the current financial environment, which directly inhibits the further development of dairy industry.Since 2005, with its unique characteristics of "financing capitals." and "financing goods", financial leasing has gradually penetrated into various industries in China, providing a steady stream of financial support for the development of enterprises. However, the penetration of financial leasing in the agricultural field has been very low, especially in the application and research of dairy industry is still in its infancy. The mode of biological assets as lease property can provide a new perspective and mode for the financing of dairy industry, which can play a positive role in promoting the financing and development of enterprises. At the same time, the use of the joint lessees model can also provide a reference for the financing of enterprises. In view of this, it is of practical significance to carry out the innovative mode of financial leasing applied to dairy industry, realize financial leasing, promote the stable and good development of dairy industry in China, and promote the better development of dairy industry and even the whole agricultural industry in China. This research will enrich the theoretical system of financial leasing and dairy industry financing in China, and provide a research model for the broadening of financing channels in China's breeding industry and even agricultural industry. This paper firstly introduces the concept, theoretical basis and development status of financial leasing in detail, and introduces the current development status of financial leasing as a whole. Secondly, we objectively analyzes the low penetration of financial leasing companies in dairy farming and agriculture, and the existing problems and present situation of financial leasing in dairy farming. Then, through the application case of financial leasing company in S dairy breeding enterprise, the financial situation, risk points and problem points of the enterprise are analyzed in detail, and the specific solutions are given. This paper focuses on the model of biological assets as leasehold and joint lessees model, and gives specific practical application suggestions. Finally, the positive effect of the S dairy farming enterprise case is evaluated, and the corresponding suggestions are given from the financial leasing company and macro level. Through this study, we expect to provide some theoretical basis and reference for dairy industry and even China's agricultural industry to solve the financing problems.
