中文摘要: 21世纪以来我国国内航空运输业发展势头强劲,期间虽受到“非典”、“金融危机”、“新冠疫情”等的影响,但长期来看整体呈稳步上升态势。国内航空运输市场与欧美成熟市场不同,属于新兴市场,既展示出市场潜力大,还存在地区发展不平衡、旅客多元化、服务需求差异化等的特点。“十三五”及“十四五”规划中,明确了建设民航强国的发展战略,根据具体建设行动方案,提出着力推进航空服务大众化,明确提高航线网络的通达性,鼓励支线航空的发展。一系列政策的出台,为我国航空旅客运输业带来了发展机遇,同时,也加剧了航空运输市场各参与主体之间的竞争。 本论文以H低成本支线航空公司为研究对象,按照运营战略管理的研究方法,通过分析其内外部环境和运营管理中存在的产能及质量问题,进而选择适合于H航空公司的运营管理策略,并提供具体的实施方案与保障措施。本文首先在概述航空运输业发展现状的基础上,基于战略管理相关理论与分析工具的回顾,分别从宏观环境、产业环境与竞争环境三方面分析了该公司发展所处的外部环境;从企业资源、企业能力与核心竞争力三方面分析了该公司的内部环境;并运用SWOT综合分析工具,进一步说明了H航空公司所选择的总体战略和竞争战略,以及与运营战略及运营管理策略之间的相互关系;之后,按照运营战略管理的研究方法,对H航空公司运营使命、目标、核心竞争力以及运营管理中存在的问题展开分析;最后,选择适合于H航空公司未来发展的运营管理策略,并提供相应的实施方案与具体的保障措施。 通过本文的研究表明,H航空公司所处的支线航空市场随着国内整个航空运输业的发展而竞争加剧,包括市场份额、核心产品,以及航空安全、航班正点与旅客服务质量等要素的竞争愈发严峻,进而凸显出运营管理策略对于解决运营管理问题、实现战略目标的重要性。本文从H航空公司实际情况出发,提供了切实有效的运营管理问题解决方案,同时,也对其他航空公司的发展,贡献了参考和借鉴的价值。 
英文摘要: Since the 21 st century, China's domestic air transport industry has developed strongly. Although it was affected by the SARS, the Financial Crisis and the Covid-19, it has shown a steady upward trend in the long term. The domestic air transport market is different from the mature market in Europe and America, which is an emerging market. It not only shows great market potential, but also has the characteristics of unbalanced regional development, diversified passengers and differentiated service needs. In the 13th Five-Year Plan and the 14th Five-Year Plan, the development strategy of building a powerful civil aviation power is defined. Meanwhile, according to the specific construction action plan, it is proposed to promote the popularization of air service, to improve the accessibility of airline network, and encourages the development of regional airlines. The policies has brought opportunities for the development of China's air transport industry. At the same time, it also intensifies the competition among the participants in the air transport market. This thesis takes H low-cost regional airlines as the research object. according to the research method of operations strategic management, it analyzes the internal and external environment, management ability and quality problems. At the same time, it chooses the operations management strategy, and gives the specific implementation plan and measures. Firstly, based on the overview of the development status of the air transport industry, this thesis reviews the relevant theories, and analyzes the external environment and the internal environment of the company; and uses SWOT to comprehensively analyze the environment. Then, according to the research methods of operations strategy management, the thesis analyzes the operations mission, objectives, core competitiveness and problems in operations management. Finally, the thesis chooses the right strategy for the future development of H airlines. Through the research of this thesis, it shows that the regional aviation market is becoming more and more competitive with the development of the whole domestic air transportation industry, including the market share, core products, and the competition of aviation service quality. It highlights the importance of operations management strategy to solve business management problems and achieve strategic goals. Based on the actual situation of H airlines, this thesis provides a practical and effective solution to the operations management problems. At the same time, it also contributes to the development of other airlines.
