中文摘要：	数据管护的概念在2011年被引入国内，但就其研究热度和研究成果而言，仍有很大的发展空间。在工程项目领域，工程项目数据是工程项目企业在建设过程中的根基，需要通过这些数据来进行分析、决策，来评估项目进程中的质量。因此，需要在工程项目领域引入数据管护理念。 本文选取“山西八建集团有限公司”为案例作为研究对象，为方便表述与理解，后续和正文中将“山西八建集团有限公司”简称为“山西八建”。具体研究有以下四点：1.工程项目数据管护现状调查；2.工程项目数据管护因素；3.工程项目数据管护策略案例分析；4.提出适用于工程项目数据管护策略建议。本文以现有理论为基础，根据国内外研究热点及研究现状，按照“基本概念—定性分析—模式分析—案例分析—对策提出”进行深入研究。运用访谈法和扎根理论的研究方法，分析影响工程项目企业数据复用因素，以数据管护视角总结出山西八建在数据管护方面存在的问题，结合数据管护理论为工程项目企业数据管护策略提出相应建议。研究发现山西八建在战略规划、整合管理、数据应用和质量评价方面都存在问题，由此提出了工程项目数据管护策略，具体包括：战略规划、整合管理、数据应用和质量评价。战略规划包括：组织机构和促进措施；整合管理包括数据收集、数据加工、数据处理和数据存储；数据应用包括数据利用和数据复用两方面；质量评价包括数据评估和数据维护两方面。在阐述完四个策略的具体内容之后，并分析出各部分策略之间相互影响作用的方式。 本文在理论层面上，运用扎根理论定性研究方法，在工程项目领域与图情领域两个看似难以有交叉的领域结合起来，在结合现实情境，将多种现实因素考虑进来与工程项目数据管护因素相结合，形成适用于工程项目中数据管护策略。在实践层面，通过具体案例研究工程项目企业数据管护策略，促进工程项目企业中数据的增值、复用。
英文摘要：	The concept of Data Curation was introduced into China in 2011, but in terms of its research interest and research results, there is still a lot of room for development. In the field of construction projects, construction project data is the foundation of construction project companies in the construction process. These data need to be used for analysis and decision-making to evaluate the quality of the project process. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce the concept of Data Curation in the field of construction projects. This article selects "Shanxi Eighth Construction Group Co., Ltd." as the research object. In order to facilitate presentation and understanding, "Shanxi Eighth Construction Group Co., Ltd." is referred to as "Shanxi Eighth Construction Group" in the follow-up and text. The specific research has the following four points: 1. Survey on the status quo of construction project Data Curation; 2. Construction project Data Curation factors; 3. Case analysis of construction project Data Curation strategy; 4. Proposals for construction project Data Curation strategies. This article is based on the existing theory, according to domestic and foreign research hotspots and research status, in-depth research in accordance with "basic concepts-qualitative analysis-model analysis-case analysis-countermeasures proposed". Using interview method and grounded theoretical research methods, analyze the factors that affect the data reuse of construction project enterprises, summarize the problems in Data Curation of Shanxi Eight Construction from the perspective of Data Curation, and combine the theory of Data Curation to provide data management for construction project enterprises. The corresponding recommendations are made for the protection strategy. The study found that Shanxi Eighth Construction had problems in strategic planning, integrated management, data application, and quality evaluation. This led to the proposed Data Curation strategy for construction projects, including: strategic planning, integrated management, data application, and quality evaluation. Strategic planning includes: organization and promotion measures; integrated management includes data collection, data processing, data processing and data storage; data application includes data utilization and data reuse; quality evaluation includes data evaluation and data maintenance. After expounding the specific content of the four strategies, and analyzing the interaction between the various parts of the strategy. At the theoretical level, this paper uses grounded theoretical qualitative research methods to combine the two seemingly difficult areas of the construction project field and the graphic information field. In combination with the real situation, a variety of realistic factors are considered and the project data management The combination of protection factors forms a Data Curation strategy suitable for construction projects. At the practical level, through specific case studies, the Data Curation strategy of the construction project enterprise is promoted to promote the value-added and reuse of data in the construction project enterprise.
