中文摘要:摘要 自从2013年国家提出“一带一路”的合作倡议以后,中国和非洲、欧洲、东南亚国家的贸易如火如荼地开展。物流行业是在国际贸易业务基础上得以衍生的行业,对国际贸易业务依赖性高,国际贸易的增长也带动了国际物流运输行业的蓬勃发展。越来越多的国际物流公司应运而生,时至今日物流行业已经从蓝海变成红海:服务内容相似,竞争加剧,运费低廉,利润微薄。行业内人员流动频繁,员工大量离职给各物流公司的正常运营带来很大风险和挑战。尤其是在2018年中美贸易战以及2020年新冠疫情等事件,导致中国国际贸易的不稳定,直接促使国际运输行业业务需求的减少,国际物流运输行业发展受到很大影响,行业内航空公司、船公司、汽车公司受到很大影响。 很多物流公司都面对着相似的处境,在企业转型的背景之下,越来越多的公司认识到,企业运营的核心是“人”,提高员工的素质水平才是企业转型、生存和发展的关键。业务员是企业的核心生产力,提业务员的素质水平将直接提升企业的核心竞争力,因此对业务员进行系统培训非常重要,构建并完善业务员培训体系迫在眉睫。 本文是在此前提下,对S物流公司业务人员培训体系进行研究。论文首先对国际物流行业、人力资源、培训等相关文献进行梳理以后,对S物流公司进行简单的介绍,通过问卷调查和访谈等方式搜集相关信息,综合分析出S物流公司当前的培训活动存在的问题,然后有针对性地设计出更加完善、更加科学的培训体系,包括项目的设计和实施等内容,最后设计相应的保障措施。本论文对于物流行业企业中业务员的培训具有一定的借鉴意义,也对类似处境的公司有一定的帮助。 
英文摘要:ABSTRACT Since the "Belt and Road" cooperation initiative was launched in 2013, China's trade with African, European and Southeast Asian countries has been booming. Logistics industry is a derivative industry on the basis of international trade business, high dependence on international trade business, the growth of international trade has also led to the rapid development of international logistics and transportation industry. More and more international logistics companies have emerged, and today the logistics industry has changed from the Blue Sea to the Red Sea: similar service content, increased competition, low freight costs, low profits. The frequent turnover of people in the industry and the large number of employee departures pose great risks and challenges to the normal operation of logistics companies. Especially in 2018 Sino-US trade war and 2020 new crown outbreak and other events, leading to the instability of China's international trade, directly contributed to the reduction of business needs of the international transport industry, the development of the international logistics and transportation industry has been greatly affected, the industry's airlines, shipping companies, car companies have been greatly affected. Many logistics companies are facing a similar situation, in the context of enterprise transformation, more and more companies realize that the core of enterprise operation is "people", improve the quality of employees is the key to enterprise transformation, survival and development. The salesman is the core productivity of the enterprise, and the quality level of the salesman will directly enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, so it is very important to train the salesman systematically, and it is urgent to construct and perfect the salesman training system. Under this premise, this paper studies the training system of business personnel of S logistics company. The paper first combs through the international logistics industry, human resources, training and other related literature, makes a simple introduction to S logistics company, collects relevant information through questionnaires and interviews, analyzes the problems existing in S logistics company's current training activities, and then designs a more perfect and scientific training system, including the design and implementation of the project, and finally designs the corresponding safeguards. This paper has some reference significance for the training of enterprise clerks in logistics industry, and also has some help for companies in similar situations.
