| 中文摘要： | 建筑业作为我国的国民支柱产业之一，在国家的经济建设中扮演着举足轻重的角色。建筑业不仅解决了大量农民工就业问题，还带动了大量相关产业的发展，在地区生产总值上也做出了较大贡献。不过，近些年由于建筑业“中”字头“国家队”开始逐渐进入秦皇岛市场，使得原本竞争激烈的本地建筑业市场变得竞争更加惨烈，导致部分整体素质不高、竞争能力较差的建筑企业被加速淘汰。在这样的大环境下，本地建筑企业想要占有一定的市场份额并得到发展并不容易，企业需要面对挑战，不断优化自身管理水平，持续提高企业竞争力。企业内部控制作为现代化的企业管理重要手段可以较大程度的提高企业运营效率，降低企业运营风险，整合企业各方面资源，从而提高企业整体管理水平及综合竞争实力。 秦皇岛HS建筑公司作为一家秦皇岛知名建筑施工企业，尽管公司在同行业本地企业中规模较大、施工资质较高，但就企业内部控制而言还有很多不足之处可以改进。本文就秦皇岛HS建筑公司作为研究对象，采用案例分析法、文献分析法对该企业内部控制的五个方面，即内部环境、风险评估、控制活动、信息与沟通优、内部监督进行分析和研究，并结合相关企业内部控制理论给出相应合理化优化建议。同时，笔者也希望本文的研究也可以为同行业建筑企业在企业内部控制优化方面提供一定参考，并对我国建筑施工业的企业内部控制研究领域提供一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：建筑企业；内部控制；优化建议 | |
| 英文摘要： | As one of the national pillar industries, construction industry plays an important role in the national economic construction. The construction industry not only solves the employment problem of a large number of migrant workers, but also promotes the development of a large number of related industries and makes a greater contribution to the regional GDP. However, in recent years, due to the construction industry's "China" prefix "national team" began to gradually enter the Qinhuangdao market, making the originally fierce competition in the local construction industry market more fierce, leading to the elimination of some construction enterprises with low overall quality and poor competitiveness. In such a large environment, it is not easy for local construction enterprises to occupy a certain market share and get development. Enterprises need to face challenges, constantly optimize their management level, and continuously improve their competitiveness. As an important means of modern enterprise management, enterprise internal control can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise operation, reduce the risk of enterprise operation, and integrate all aspects of enterprise resources, so as to improve the overall management level and comprehensive competitive strength of the enterprise. Qinhuangdao HS Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is a well-known construction enterprise in Qinhuangdao. Although the company has a large scale and high construction qualification among local enterprises in the same industry, there are still many deficiencies in terms of internal control of the enterprise that can be improved. This thesis takes Qinhuangdao HS Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. as the research object, uses case analysis method and literature analysis method to analyze and study the five aspects of the enterprise's internal control, namely, internal environment, risk assessment, control activities, excellent information and communication, internal supervision, and gives corresponding rationalization and optimization suggestions based on the related enterprise's internal control theory. At the same time, the author also hopes that the research of this thesis can also provide some reference for the construction enterprises in the same industry in the optimization of enterprise internal control, and provide some reference for the construction industry in China in the field of enterprise internal control research.
