中文摘要: 针对当下移动互联网技术的发展和移动社交用户数量增长迅速的情况,微信作为典型的移动社交媒体平台,目前已经成为舆论传播和信息交流的重要平台,考虑到其即时通讯和社交推荐的特征,同时结合微信用户实名制特征,微信用户目前在信息分享方面已经具有主动性,但是什么类型的信息会引起用户的转发,微信用户在进行信息转发时的想法及心态这些也是值得研究的。研究以微信为代表的社交媒体APP平台用户信息分享行为影响因素,有利于信息的有效和广泛传播。 研究采用定性研究与定量研究相结合的实证研究方法,以微信用户为调查对象,参考人际行为模型理论、理性行为理论与计划行为理论,提出相关研究假设,认为感知结果,情感,系统功能和社会因素这四种因素影响微信用户信息分享行为,并构建微信用户信息分享行为影响因素模型。研究采用问卷调查法来收集数据,首先对问卷进行预调查,问卷题项具有有效性后再正式发放问卷,对收集到的219份问卷运用SPSS软件进行实证结果分析,得出微信用户信息分享行为是由感知结果、情感和系统功能共同决定的结论。最后从微信及同类社交APP平台、企业、媒体等多个角度出发,提出相应的措施和建议,并阐述研究中存在的不足之处,并对日后的研究过程和方法进行展望。 
英文摘要: Aimed at the present the development of mobile Internet technology and mobile social rapid growth,the number of users WeChat as a typical mobile social media platform,at present has become an important platform of public opinion transmission and information exchange,considering its recommended by instant messaging and social networking features,at the same time,combined with the feature of real-name WeChat users,WeChat user currently has the initiative in terms of information sharing,but what kind of information will cause the forwarding of the user,WeChat users in the information transfer ideas and mentality which is worth studying.Research on the influencing factors of information sharing behavior of users on social media APP platforms represented by WeChat is conducive to the effective dissemination of information. This study by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative empirical research method,to WeChat users as investigation object,the reference interpersonal behavior model theory,the theory of rational behavior and planned behavior theory,put forward research hypothesis,that perception as a result,the emotion,system function and social factors influence of these four WeChat user information sharing behavior,and build WeChat user information sharing behavior influence factor model.This paper USES the questionnaire survey to collect data,the first to advance the questionnaire survey,questionnaire item is effective after the formal questionnaire,after about 219 questionnaires collected using SPSS software to analyze the empirical results,obtained WeChat user information sharing behavior is decided by perception,emotional,and system function of the conclusion.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions from the perspectives of WeChat and similar social APP platforms,enterprises,media,etc,expounds the shortcomings of this study,and prospects the research process and methods in the future.
