中文摘要：	造船企业是劳动密集、技术密集、资金密集的制造型企业，造船市场是一个国际化竞争的市场。随着市场经济的不断完善，造船企业经营规模的扩大，企业经营面临的风险日益增大，而我国造船企业基本没有完整风险管理体系，因此，企业风险管理问题就变得更加突出。 本文阐述了企业风险管理的基本理论，确定了造船企业风险管理理论依据。在对造船企业业务特性、风险特性以及造船企业管理特性和造船企业风险管理特性分析的基础上，对造船企业风险管理组织体系、风险管理战略以及风险管理主要流程进行了规划设计，建立了造船企业风险管理框架；对造船企业风险管理技术进行了较深入地研究，提出了造船企业风险的识别与度量、风险的应对与监控等风险管理的方法并建立了相关工作模型。最后以天津新港船舶重工的风险管理为实例，进一步论证造船企业风险管理的方法研究的实际意义。 通过对造船企业风险管理方法的研究，得出的结论是：造船企业必须建立系统的风险管理体系；造船企业必须确定自己的风险管理技术；造船企业必须制定自己风险控制策略；造船企业还必须建立自己的风险预警机制。
英文摘要：	The shipbuilding enterprise is the work crowded and the technology crowded and the fund crowded manufacture enterprise, the shipbuilding market is the internationalization market which competes completely. Along with the market economy consummates continually and the shipbuilding enterprise expansion of the business scale, the shipbuilding enterprise faces increasing risks to day by day, but our shipbuilding enterprises have not the complete risk management system basically, therefore, the enterprise risk management question becomes more prominent. This thesis describes the basic theory of enterprise risk management to determine the shipbuilding enterprise risk management theory. In shipbuilding enterprise business characteristics and risk characteristics, as well as shipbuilding enterprise management features and shipbuilding enterprise risk management features based on the analysis, have carried on planning and design to the risk management organizing system and risk management strategy and main procedure of risk management of shipbuilding enterprise; established a risk management framework of shipbuilding enterprise; right shipbuilding enterprise risk management technology for a more in-depth study, submitted the working method and established the working model of risk identification and risk measurement and risk control and risk monitoring of shipbuilding enterprise. The end part, XGSIC risk management as an example, and further demonstrated that practical significance for studying the shipbuilding enterprise risk management method. Through the shipbuilding enterprise risk management studies, concluded that: shipbuilding enterprise must create a complete system of risk management; shipbuilding enterprise must determine own risk management techniques; shipbuilding enterprise must fix own risk control strategy; shipbuilding enterprise also need to set up own early warning system of risk.
