中文摘要：	近年来，随着政府和民间对阅读推广的日益重视，公共图书馆也开始了职能的转变。公共图书馆将工作重心从馆藏资源建设转移到了阅读指导与阅读推广服务上，通过各种形式的活动和其他宣传手段，将相关的文献服务和资料信息服务推广出去，全方位、多角度地开展阅读推广工作。公共图书馆的服务在拓展内容的同时，也加强了服务品质，扩大了图书馆的服务影响。读书会作为阅读推广的重要手段，在培育社会阅读、深化全民阅读方面具有行之有效的作用。但很多公共图书馆在开展少儿阅读活动组织实施策略上没有建立一套现行的可借鉴性的组织实施策略，这也导致很多图书馆在组织实施少儿读书会时没有足够的能力。研究公共图书馆读书会相关工作对公共图书馆阅读推广活动持久稳定的发展有着现实意义。 研究运用网络调查法搜集国内公共少年儿童图书馆开展读书会活动的相关资料，包括开展主体、开展规模以及开展成效三方面，通过对其组织情况的分析，发现北京市西城区青少年儿童图书馆组织的“心悦阅读”读书分享会和洛阳市少年儿童图书馆组织的“萤火虫”读书会分别为东部地区和西部地区开展少儿读书会的典型案例。 通过网络调查、实地调研和访谈读书会主要负责人的方式，了解上述案例组织少儿读书会的流程，利用Nvivo11.0进行文本编码，从设施、读者、读物、交流四个方面进行少儿读书会活动组织实施过程的要素分析，归纳出公共图书馆开展少儿读书会的组织实施策略，即少儿读书会活动组织实施模块从确定主题、前期准备、读者招募、互动环节、读者反馈调查等若干环节进行。 研究为想要开展少儿读书会但因经验不足无法开展的公共图书馆提供了一个有效的可操作性的组织和实施策略，在理论和实践层面上促进了公共图书馆阅读推广活动的发展。
英文摘要：	In recent years, with the more focused on the reading promotions by government and the folk increasingly, the public library started to shift their functions, which from the volumes resource construction to reading guidance and reading promotions via various of activities, the relevant literature services and information services are promoted to carry out reading promotion work in an all-round and multi-angle way. The service of public library not only expands the content, but also strengthens the service quality and expands the service influence of library. Reading clubs, which play an important role in reading promotion, have the influence in fostering social reading and reading-deeply. However, many public libraries have not established a set of applicable organization and implementation strategies in the implementation of children's reading activities, which also leads to the lack of sufficient capacity in many libraries to launch the children’s reading club. In summary, it is of practical significance to study the related work of public library reading clubs for the sustainable and stable development of public library reading promotions. The research uses the network survey method to collect relevant materials about the reading club activities carried out by domestic public children's libraries, including the main body, the scale and the effectiveness of the activities. Through the analysis of the organization situation, it is found that the "Xin Yue Reading and Reading Sharing Party" organized by Beijing Xicheng District Children's Library and the "Firefly Reading Party" organized by Luoyang Children's Library are the typical cases of carrying out children's reading clubs in the eastern and western regions respectively. The network investigation, field survey and the interview reading group chief way of understanding the case organization process of children's reading group, text- encoding by Nvivo11.0, from four aspects of facilities, reader, reading communication to analyze the structural and operating of children's reading club. summed up the implementation of strategy for public library to launch children's reading club, that is make-sure the subject, preparation, recruitment, interactive, feedback and review. The research showed a structural and operating way to launch the reading club for public libraries lack of experience, and stimulated the development of reading promotion in theory and practice.
