中文摘要：	证券市场是现代金融市场的核心组成部分，而作为证券市场重要参与主体的证券公司，对证券行业的发展起到了不可替代的作用。近年来随着金融改革和对外开放步伐的加快，我国的证券公司步入了规范和健康发展的新阶段。但通过分析我国证券公司的发展历程和现状，可以发现在现行的盈利模式下，我国的证券公司抵抗市场风险的能力极差，盈利能力状况呈现出明显的不稳定性和周期性的特征。特别是美国次贷危机爆发后，全球金融环境风云突变，市场风险集中爆发，股票二级市场持续低迷，使得我国证券公司的生存与发展遭遇到了严峻的挑战和空前的困难，极大地限制了证券公司自身功能的发挥。因此，如何构建我国证券公司新的盈利模式，以保持证券公司盈利的稳定性和持续性，进而促进证券行业的可持续发展就成为一个迫在眉睫的课题。 本文从盈利模式的角度来探求证券公司经营的问题和发展方向，分析我国证券公司盈利模式一直以来存在的问题，从传统业务的创新、盈利来源的拓展、业务结构的整合优化、风险管理意识的加强等几个方面探索在当前全球陷入金融危机的背景下我国证券公司盈利模式转变的主要思路和建议。 首先，本文对业务组合理论和证券公司业务管理理论进行了梳理、归纳和提炼。这主要包括：一是对业务组合理论的产生和发展进行了梳理；二是对证券公司业务基础理论和业务管理理论进行了归纳和总结。 其次，本文结合波特五力模型和PEST分析方法对我国证券公司的行业状况、面临的市场环境以及具体的经营状况进行剖析，总结出我国证券公司在盈利模式方面存在的问题。 最后，在上述分析基础上，本文从传统业务的创新、盈利来源的拓展、业务结构的整合优化、风险管理意识的加强等几个方面提出一些改进我国证券公司盈利模式的对策建议。并以中信证券股份有限公司为实例进行案例分析。 本文期望通过上述对我国证券公司盈利模式的研究，能够为改变我国证券公司粗放式经营模式提供有益的理论依据和方法参考，并对我国证券公司的可持续发展提供一定的借鉴和支持。 关键词：证券公司 盈利模式 业务创新 业务组合 风险管理
英文摘要：	With the acceleration of Chinese financial reform and the opening to the outside world, The Chinese securities companies have now stepped into a new standard and healthy stage . However, Chinese Securities companies are still growing in an extensive manner and are fiercely affected by the fluctuation of the stock secondary market, which cause negative effects on the healthy growth of them. Especially, after the subprime mortgage crisis broken out, the global finance environment has changed, which give rise to the stern challenge and the unprecedented difficulty to our securities companies. Thus how to change the model of Chinese securities companies` growth and keep them stable become a important task. First of all this article summarized the basic theories relating to the business structure, and the later classified the theory into three types. We also summarized the business management theories for securities companies. Secondly, in view of the study on many documents and data, this article makes qualitative analysis to Chinese securities companies` development, opportunities and challenges. And then tries to put forward some advices about securities companies` profit pattern adjustment from the angle of the innovation of traditional business, the expansion of profit source , and how to optimize the business structure and enhance risk management. Last, this article takes the CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. as a business case for a further research. To sum up, this paper systematically analyses and studies on Chinese securities companies` profit pattern theoretically and practically, And it creatively puts forward many advices of bond trader who will build up new Profit pattern in the future.
