中文摘要: 绿色产品为高品质的产品,其创新生产技术的不断发展,必须要对资源利用、节能、低耗以及对人体健康的生态环境进行全面考虑,为加快绿色产品生 产,增加市场绿色产品的供给,完善的绿色产品认证业务体系也是对绿色产品高品质的重要保障。 ZH公司是一家涉及多个检测领域和具有多项资质的专业检验检测以及认证集团,尤其在绿色产品认证领域中勇闯先锋。本论文为了 ZH 公司绿色产品认证业务拓展策略的顺利实施,分析了影响认证业务实施的外部宏观环境因素,主要有政策与社会环境、经济与技术环境和营销环境因素,另外还有行业竞争环境相关的因素; 本论文以 ZH 公司现有绿色产品认证业务现状为研究基础,通过分析绿色产品认证业务市场调查问卷的问题以及结合 ZH 公司存在问题,提出公司绿色产品认证业务拓展的方向和相关认证业务拓展策略,主要包括基于绿色产品生命周期理论的简化认证法和模糊综合认证法;环境效益和经济效益综合平衡认证业务拓展策略;智能化检测技术方法的应用认证业务拓展策略,为 ZH 公司绿色产品认证业务的拓展顺利实施以及绿色产品认证行业的快速发展提供了理论技术支持。 本论文还研究了相关认证业务拓展实施的保障措施,包括公司的组织架构调整、人才队伍建设、配套措施完善以及技术保障措施,为业务认证的拓展提供了强有力的保障作用。 产品绿色化是未来生产企业的必然发展方向,通过对 ZH 公司绿色产品认证业务拓展策略的研究,不断完善保障措施,提高检测技术能力,做好认证后的质 量监督,以服务企业为宗旨,对我国产品的绿色化发展具有重大的意义。 
英文摘要: Green products are high-quality products and require comprehensive consideration of resource utilization, energy saving, low energy consumption, and the ecological environment of human health with the continuous development of its innovative production technology. The complete green product certification business system is also an important guarantee for the high-quality of green products. This canspeed up the production of green products and increase the supply of green products in the market. ZH company is a professional inspection, testing and certification group involving multiple testing fields and with multiple qualifications. It is a pioneer in the field of green product certification. For the successful implementation of ZH green product certification business development strategy, the external macro-environmental factors mainly including policy and social environment, economic and technological environment, and marketing environment factors have been analyzed in this thesis. There are also factors related to the competitive environment of the industry. This thesis is based on the current status of ZH company current green product certification business. The company green product certification business development direction has beenproposed through the analysis of the green product certification business market survey questionnaire and the existing problems of ZH company. The related business development strategy also have been studied. It mainly includes the simplified certification method and fuzzy comprehensive certification method based on green product life cycle theory; the certification business development strategy for the comprehensive balance of environmental and economic benefits; the application certification business development strategy of the intelligent detection technology method. The expansion of implementation and the rapid development of the green product certification industry provide theoretical and technical support. The related implementation safeguard measures have been studied in this thesis in order to guarantee the successful implementation of ZH green product certification business development strategy. The measures include the company organizationalstructure adjustment, talent team building, supporting measures, and actual technology application safeguards. Product greenization is the inevitable development direction of future production enterprises. Through the research on the development strategy of ZH company green product certification business, we will continue to improve safeguards, improve testing technology capabilities, do a good job in quality supervision after certification, and serve the company as the purpose. It is of great significance to the green development of our products.
