中文摘要:从全球的发展看,金融科技浪潮已经扑面而来,以云计算、大数据、区块链、人工智能、5G、物联网等技术为代表的基础设施日趋完善,为支付产业带来了丰富的业务形态与运营模式。运用这些新技术,结合自身战略转型和业务发展,催生支付产业向金融科技升级,产业链各方积极运用金融科技理念推动组织重构、业务流程再造和产品体系创新。中国银联作为银行卡支付产业的缔造者和引领者,正在这条道路上探索尝试,面临互联网科技巨头和国外卡组织进入国内市场的竞争,风险与机遇并存,战略转型升级刻不容缓。本文以中国银联为研究对象,从当前公司的总体战略及存在问题为出发点,通过宏观环境、产业环境以及中国银联实际发展情况进行分析,采用数据分析法、文献归纳法、定性分析法,运用PEST模型、波特五力模型、SWOT分析理论,基于金融科技背景下对其战略转型进行研究。 通过本文的研究,根据金融科技背景下中国银联内外部环境发展情况,提出中国银联战略转型设计路径,通过SWOT分析矩阵提出战略转型的整体布局和实施方略,主要包括:树立“北极星”式的金融科技战略目标、设计与用户“超级相关”的产品和服务、数字化和账户化的场景驱动创新、开放网络和生态系统、多元化资本运作。同时提出了战略转型的保障措施,主要包括:优化组织结构、提升信息科技水平、创新技术合作方式、强化人才梯队培养。 
英文摘要:From the perspective of global development, the wave of financial technology has come. Infrastructure represented by technologies such as cloud computing, big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence, 5G, and the Internet of Things is getting better, bringing a wealth of business forms and operating models to the payment industry. These new technologies, combined with self-strategic transformation and business development, has promoted the payment industry to upgrade to financial technology. The financial technology concepts were used by all parties in the industry chain to promote organizational restructuring, business process reengineering, and product system innovation. As the founder and leader of the bank card payment industry, China UnionPay is exploring and trying on this road. Facing with the competition of Internet technology giants and foreign card organizations entering the domestic market, risks and opportunities coexist, and strategic transformation and upgrading are urgent. This article takes China UnionPay as the research object, starting from the current company's overall strategy and existing problems, analyzes the macro environment, industrial environment and the actual development of China UnionPay. In the context of financial technology, we use data analysis, literature induction, qualitative analysis, PEST model, Porter's five forces model, and SWOT analysis theory to study its strategic transformation. Based on the research in this article, combined with the development of China UnionPay's internal and external environment in the context of financial technology, we propose a strategic transformation design path for China UnionPay. Through the SWOT analysis matrix, we propose the overall layout and implementation strategy of strategic transformation, which mainly include: establishing a "Polaris"-style financial technology strategic goal, designing products and services that are "super-relevant" to users, digital and account-based scenarios driving innovation, open networks and ecosystems, consolidating data asset support, diversify capital operations and building a resilient culture and flexible organization. At the same time, we put forward safeguard measures for strategic transformation, which mainly include: optimizing the organizational structure, improving the level of information technology, innovating technological cooperation methods, and strengthening the training of talent echelon.
