| 中文摘要： | 随着我国电力体制改革的不断深化，发电侧市场逐步形成，火电企业作为市场的主体面临着更加激烈的竞争，火电企业的竞争力问题也越来越引起有关学者和企业领导人的重视，本文借鉴国内外对企业竞争力研究的先进理论和方法，应用到我国火电企业竞争力的研究之中。 从火电企业竞争优势的外部、内部来源两方面入手，应用PEST分析模型分析了我国火电企业面临的宏观环境，应用波特五力模型分析了我国火电企业面临的产业环境，二者是我国火电企业竞争力的外部来源；从企业活动的角度，应用价值链分析模型分析了我国火电企业价值创造的过程，从资源的角度，应用VIRO工具分析了构成火电企业竞争力的重要资源，从能力的角度，分析了构成我国火电企业核心竞争力的要素，这三者是我国火电企业竞争力的内部来源。根据火电企业竞争力的来源和影响因素，将火电企业综合竞争力分解为外部环境竞争力 、资源基础竞争力 、经营过程竞争力和业绩表现竞争力四个具体内容，在此基础上，构建了火电企业竞争力评价指标体系，并选取了六家具有代表性的火电企业，应用层次分析法对样本企业外部环境竞争力和资源基础竞争力进行了分析和评价；应用熵权法对样本企业经营过程竞争力进行了分析和评价；应用沃尔评分法对样本企业业绩表现力进行了分析和评价，最后应用综合指数法对样本企业综合竞争力进行了分析和评价。 本文通过对火电企业内外部环境特点的分析，说明了影响火电企业竞争力的各方面因素，建立了比较适合我国目前情况的火电企业竞争力评价体系，并应用该体系对样本企业进行了实证分析和评价，得到了较为满意的结果，对我国火电企业提升自身的竞争力具有一定得参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要： | According to electric power industry reforming and developing in China, independent marker has been founded at power generation side .Power generation companies begin to face more competitive market .Lots of professors and leaders of enterprise pay more attention to the problem of power generation enterprise competition power .This article profits from advanced theory and method about domestic and foreign research to enterprise competition power ,and applies to coal generation enterprise competition power research . From the interior , exterior origin of coal generation enterprise competition advantage , utilizing PEST model ,the article analyzes macro-environment that coal generation enterprise faces .Utilizing Porter five-competitive power model ,the article analyzes industrial environment that coal generation enterprise faces . Utilizing Porter value chain model, the article analyzes coal generation enterprise how to produce the value based on activity. Utilizing VIRO model, the article analyzes some important resources of coal generation enterprise .The article also analyzes some factors that constitute core competence of coal generation enterprise .On the base of analyzing origin of competition advantage , the article divides coal generation enterprise competition power into four sides :competition power of outside environment , competition power of resources , competition power of business process , competition power of performance .On this foundation ,the article constructs coal generation enterprise competition power appraisal target system . Utilizing AHP , the article appraises competition power of outside environment and competition power of resources . Utilizing entropy weight method, the article appraises competition power of business process. Utilizing Wall’s score method, the article appraises competition power of performance .Finally the article appraises coal generation enterprise comprehensive competition power utilizing composite index method. According to analysis about coal generation enterprise interior and exterior environment, the article explains almost all kinds of factors that influence competition power and constructs coal generation enterprise competition power appraisal target system. Six coal generation enterprises are put into this appraisal target system and compared each other. The article gets a good result and has certain reference value to Chin coal generation enterprise. | |
