| 中文摘要: | 随着世界经济全球化加速,我国与世界各国的贸易往来也日趋频繁,而国际货运代理业务作为国际贸易的重要环节,其地位与作用也愈加突出。目前我国国际货运代理企业多数为中小企业,很多企业都出现了员工忠诚度下降、人才流失等问题,伴随着人才流动,好多公司的业务客户也随之流失,因此企业员工忠诚度管理问题已经成为影响企业发展和企业竞争的重要因素,所以探索该类企业员工忠诚度问题具有非常重要的实践意义。 本文以天津华夏船务公司为研究对象,查阅大量相关文献及理论知识,认真研读了员工忠诚度、弗鲁姆的期望理论、亚当斯的公平理论、赫兹伯格的双因素理论,然后结合这些理论知识,采用问卷调查和访谈的形式对天津华夏船务公司的员工忠诚度以及天津华夏船务公司的管理特征进行了深入分析,根据该公司所处的行业背景,对国际货运代理行业发展现状和天津华夏船务公司现状进行了简单介绍,同时根据对该公司员工忠诚度的调查,对其现状进行了一定的阐述。我们发现影响天津华夏船务公司忠诚度的因素大致可以概括为三个方面,即员工个人因素、企业内部因素、社会环境因素。最后,针对天津华夏船务公司员工忠诚度的提升策略,分别从薪酬制度、管理模式、晋升制度、文化建设、工作环境五个部分展开了论述分析。 高忠诚度的员工是企业发展的基石,是企业持续发展的保障,希望通过本文的研究能让更多企业认识到员工忠诚度的重要性和战略地位,并可以为部分企业在实践应用方面提供一定的参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the globalization of the world economy accelerates, the trade between China and the countries of the world is becoming more and more frequent, and the international freight forwarding business, as an important link in international trade, has become more and more prominent. At present, most of the international freight forwarding enterprises in China are small and medium-sized enterprises, many enterprises have problems such as employee loyalty decline, brain drain and so on. With the flow of talents, many companies' business customers also lose. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the problem of employee loyalty. Taking Tianjin Huaxia Shipping Company as the research object, this paper reviews a large number of relevant documents and theoretical knowledge, carefully studies employee loyalty, Frum's expectation theory, Adams' s fair theory, Herzberg's two-factor theory, and then combines these theoretical knowledge, analyzes the employee loyalty of Tianjin Huaxia Shipping Company and the management characteristics of Tianjin Huaxia Shipping Company by questionnaire and interview. According to the industry background of the company, this paper briefly introduces the current situation of international freight forwarding industry and Tianjin Shipping Company, and according to the investigation of employee loyalty of the company.We find that the factors that affect the loyalty of Tianjin Huaxia shipping company can be summarized into three aspects: personal factors of employees, internal factors of enterprises and social environment factors. Finally, aiming at the promotion strategy of employee loyalty of Tianjin Huaxia shipping company, it discusses and analyzes from five parts: salary system, management mode, promotion system, cultural construction and work environment. Employees with high loyalty are the cornerstone of enterprise development and the guarantee of enterprise sustainable development. I hope that through this study, more enterprises can realize the importance and strategic position of employee loyalty, and at the same time, the society can provide some reference in the practical application of talent loyalty when cultivating management talents. | |
